Skylar is amazing! I always come in after work to do some stress shopping and she always manages to make my day better. Picks great outfits, stays after closing hours to help me even though she doesn't have to. I always leave the store with my arms full. Has to be one of the best employees :)

I absolutely love this store. Reilly, has been so amazing to work with. She is never pushy but she always picks me out super cute things. She helps me find casual stuff as well as cute things for all of my vacations. I pretty much have my own stylist because I send her a text and she is on it. :) All of the other girls have been super sweet as well so you can't go wrong! Also, this is Destinee Roseberry not Brandon lol

I am obsessed with all of my clothes that I buy from Madida Clothing. They have unique pieces that I don’t find in local store, and they are the best quality. I can’t say enough great things about Madida or Reilly. Reilly knows my style and what will look great on me.

Literally only shop here, all the girls are so nice and Reilly is amazing! She is always helping me and sending me things she knows I’ll love. The clothes are priced fair and the quality is great. My favorite place to go shopping!!

Beautiful clothes and helpful staff!

The lady who helped my girlfriend with her clothing was increasingly short-tempered and rude the longer we remained in the store. This eventually escalated to the women kicking my girlfriend out of a dressing room, to allow another patron into the room without notice. People in this industry need to be patient and timely, which she surely was not. I am disappointed with this experience considering we had heard great things. Additionally, The environment is not comforting or respectful due to the attitude of the workers. If I could give this Madida Clothing 0 stars, I would. It is not difficult to show another person proper human decency.

Awful customer service.
I had messaged their instagram in regards to what was available in stores, I got a reply but then shortly get ignored and left on read. The next day I messaged again in hopes that it was an accident but got ignored again.
The customer service surely needs to improve, I love the clothes but don't want go into the store because they don't seem to care about the customers and their experience.
