Freezing Thai Rolled Ice Cream & Bakery (Lincoln, NE)

I had a fantastic time at this rolling ice cream and bubble tea shop! The rolled ice cream was exceptionally creamy and skillfully made right in front of me, with a great variety of toppings to choose from. The bubble tea was just as impressive—expertly brewed with the perfect balance of sweetness and wonderfully chewy boba pearls. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend for a delightful treat!

Fun little afternoon snack in downtown! First time and definitely was a great experience. Super fun watching them make it, and plenty of options to please anyone! Definitely will have to come back to try more!

I lovin their variety of desserts: snowflake crisp(matcha, chocolate,milk), egg tart, milk chiness date, towel roll(chocolate, matcha, mango, strawberry, and many other flavors). I ordered cake several times for my friends‘
birthday and parties(reservation required in advance, various sizes, various flavors), the taste will surprise me and never let me down every time. In addition to cream cakes, there are mille-layer cakes (matcha, chocolate, taro). Every time I ate too fast and forgot to take pictures.

Yummmmmmmmy! So good! Has so many flavors and the staff is so friendly!! We will be back!! The only negative is that it is a little pricey! I wasn't expecting that to be the cost but still good!! Very unique!!

They have so many flavors and combinations, and it's all wonderful! You get to watch them mix it up and roll it up in front of you, which is a ton of fun! Fast and polite service also!

This is a great ice cream spot! Customer service was amazing. Very nice lady named alli helped my group with picking ice cream and it was delicious! She definitely needs a raise. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Had Freezing Thai Rolled Ice Cream for the first time today. It was beyond delicious! Everything is so fresh and tasty! The biggest impression for myself was how unbelievably clean prep area and stations were. Everything was so organized and sanitized! I can't wait to go back and try other flavors. I had the Tom & Berry, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Oh my gosh this was so much fun and DELICIOUS!!! 😍 Great place for kids, too! I loved the Morning Latte ice cream and my son had the Monsters Inc. both were incredible! We will definitely be going back!

Genuinely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I love going for a visit with my friends and getting a sweet treat. Very friendly staff with a variety of flavors and menu options.

My new favorite ice cream place now. Rolled icecream was amazing, and so many delicious flavors to choose from. Went their again the other day and got their matcha latte. The cup it came in was awesome and really cute. It has a panda head as the lid, and just a really cool design.

It's not cheap, It's not DQ. Taste great and awesome experience. Better than DQ, but not for a budget.

Kids loved it. Great flavors and attention to details on toppings. Only thing is it is slow so plan ahead. We were there about 30 minutes behind 2 groups of orders. Great alternative and fun!
