Double triple wow 4 kindness, courtesy, helpfulness in a soft voiced way, with no judgement for us who are trying to learn something bran new and mess up and easily can ask to explain the same thing more than once. Ashley has asked me in a kind caring voice, where have I been, cause she knows me so well and am always asking Ashley how to do something!!! She takes the time to not only show me, but then to also practice a few times so it sets up in my memory better. One of the things she did for me when I first got started and knew nothing about this type of phone and was so scared and nervous, she helped set it up, and then shocked the socks off me, with the most beautiful cover for it !!!!!!!!! Impressed ??? Shocked a nd stunned !!! She calls each person who comes in and make s them feel welcomed by someone who truly cares!!!!!!! It is so refreshing in this day and age !!!!!!!! As I watch and listen, she is so kind to each person who comes in, knows their problem, usually before they even ask !!! And even knows their name !!!! Stellar !!!!!! Called in with questions and Ashley was the absolute best!! She answered all my questions about my mom's account and helped my mom learn about some other plans they had to offer! Ashley's Customer Service was beyond superior and her sales experience spoke for itself!! Very knowledgeable, she definitely deserves a raise for sure she knows more than most cell phone reps that I've ever talked to!! If you go in this store be sure to ask for her she will be the only one we do business with!!

The managers are great regardless of what the Blaine guys said. I guess disgruntled employees who wouldn't show up to work like they are supposed to would leave bad reviews to make selectel look bad. The managers are good and the employees are very professional

Amar was is a super nice guy. I treated kindly. He helped me activate my new unlocked phone with no issues. He also presented the current promotional deals and sales in a nice way. I also ended up getting my bother a new phone and a wireless charger. If I owned my own business I would want my employees to represent my company just as Amar did.
