My fiance and I had been looking for a house for over a year. After renting for 6 years we did not want to settle even though inventory was low, this is where Nicole came in! Once we started working with Nicole, she changed our whole plan of attack and found us houses that fit exactly what we were looking for. They do their research on homes to ensure there are no issues with titles, mortgages, etc on the home you buy. They saved us from many future headaches on some homes. As a veteran using the VA loan program, they truly new their stuff and helped us be able to use the VA loan. We enjoy the social events they put on for prior buyers, currently looking, and future clients. Again highly recommend working with this team.
