Kim exudes experience and competence, and has a very pragmatic attitude, when it comes to all Real Estate related business. Her advice to us while handling the sale of our house, was sound. Katty, her assistant, deserves just as much credit. They were both very attentive and quick to provide the guidance we needed, when we needed it. An exceptional realtor- bar none. Kim has sold two different properties for our family. One was significantly more difficult- a large tract of land off the beaten track. She was tenacious at advertising and found the perfect buyer. When dealing with a real estate broker you want them to keep you informed, give you good advice, and guide you through the very unique times in the real estate world.
