Casey's

This Casey’s is nice! It has about 12 gas pumps, with diesel as well. It has all of the gas blends including Unleaded 88 and E85. It just opened not too long ago, and it is a very clean looking Casey’s.

First time gassing up here...pump a little fussy about taking my credit card, but otherwise okay. Love having one close to home for a change.

The gas pumps are so slow; you are lucky to get a gallon per minute. I've complained to the employees but they brushed me off.

Had a very poor experience here New Years Eve. The pump wouldn't accept my HyVee rewards or my Casey's Rewards. Then it just froze. I went inside and they had no idea how to help me other than to try a different pump. So I moved and that pump wouldn't recognize my HyVee rewards or my Casey's rewards. At least it eventually gave me gas. Hope they get that figured out because generally I prefer Casey's.

Gas station is new and nice inside lots of good products in stock. Prices inside are typical gas station a little over inflated. Good selection at the pumps including e88 which is cheaper than the 10% ethanol blends. But their 10% ethanol blends cost more than the wholesale clubs. My biggest gripe is their pumps are extremely slow. I joined the rewards program The next time I came to the gas station I typed in my cell phone number at the pump and it can't find an account tied to it.

Everything here is crazy expensive except for the gas. Attendants don't seem to be very helpful, like you are interrupting their phone time

Where to start, never opens on time with three construction sites across the street and a college! You would think a business that sells food, let alone Casey’s breakfast pizza! Would be open on time. Also when there is food, it is always slim pickings. Not sure if it’s just staffing issues or poor management / scheduling but I have yet to be to any other Casey’s and experience late opening. Dirty restrooms, no toilet paper and no paper towels in the men’s room. Restrooms are the biggest representation of any business, let alone one that sells food and considers themselves a convenient store. Losing customers is not good for any business, and it seems like the management and employees don’t care if customers come back. Not sure what happened to the level of care and pride that Casey’s had in it store and employees but changes need made. And for the love of god, if you can’t open on time and be ready for business! Then change your hours on the door and on google!

This Casey’s is brand new. The 6 times I’ve tried to get a piece of pizza there was 0. I understand having 1 kind of sketchy slice hanging out. But 0 pizza? At 8:45 on a Saturday? And this is one of 6 times there was 0 pizza. Also stood in like for a good 3 minutes until I was helped buying 2 sodas…this place sucks

Consistently one of the worse Casey's in the Lincoln area even though it's a brand new store. Multiple times I've placed an order for pizza in advance on their app, just to have to stand around the store for 30+ minutes for the staff to finally make it.

Employees are rude, talk on phone, and would probably prefer that you not even come in and bother them. Store is dirty, coolers half empty. Pizza is garbage. They didn’t even put lettuce on my taco pizza. Casey’s has gone downhill a lot and this store, which is new, may be one of the worst. Don’t go here.

Abysmal. It is unfortunate because Casey's has set the bar so high in the past. This facility was nice when it was new, but has run into the ground since then. Dirty place. Unengaged staff. Very disappointing. :(

Place is an absolute disaster. The automated phone answering service is atrocious. Sat on hold for 40+ min trying to cancel an order before I finally gave up. Amazing that nobody could answer the phone being there was three cars outside. Hire capable and competent staff please.

Will never go to this Casey's again!! Went to get gas, and paid at the pump. Pump would not scan my Fuel Saver card, and when I went inside to find out why. The cashiers couldn't figure it out and acted soooo rude. Never again!!!!

Wish I read the reviews before trying here. I'm a fool for that one. Ordered a taco pizza to get cheese and a little beef and crumbs of taco chips. Nasty. Avoid this location like the plague. First and last time
