Domino's Pizza

I have to say, I was always a Pizza Hut guy. I switched to Domino's and couldn't be happier. Their pizza is clearly better. This location is always staffed, always on time, and always correct. Whoever runs this place is doing a good job. I don't consider any other pizza now, they've earned my business! Thanks!

I placed an order online for carside delivery. Unbeknownst to me, the text service was not working and the store did not know that I arrived. Athena, a delivery associate with this store, noticed me sitting in my car and asked if I checked in on the app. When I explained that I followed the directions in the text, Athena offered to go in to the store and check on my order. Athena brought my order to me and suggested the app, which I have now downloaded. Great service and my order was hot and exactly what I ordered. Thank you! And a big high five to Athena!

So I hadn't had Domino's Pizza in years, many years because back in the day it was awful. I happened to be visiting someone and they ordered an Alfredo sauced from there and now I am hooked.

I used to consider this location the best in town.

In order to help feed my family, I had to figure out a plan B, considering the move I took out of the freezer was not tawed and ready.

So I figured I would trust my neighborhood domino's pizza using the app.

Once I said my order was ready, I claimed that my truck and headed to the store. I grabbed my money and got ready to pay, only to be told one of my pizzas were missing from the order.

I said there wouldn't be an issue and return to my truck to wait. About 18 minutes later, IR entered the store. However this time, the other one of my pizzas was missing.

At this point, I could not afford to wait any longer and have to leave. I am now searching for another way to feed my family before the night shift.

I do hope soon this domino's pizza location returns to its former glory. Or maybe it was just a bad night tonight.

I've been ordering from this location for years. I've ordered hundreds of times by now, and only once has my order been incorrect. The delivery drivers are always polite and I appreciate it.

I just picked up a carry out order and felt moved to write this review. I don’t know his name, but the guy working the front tonight is made of the right kind of stuff. The gentleman in front of me picking up his own pair of pizzas had a mishap where he either thought he paid online and left his wallet at home or forgot his wallet entirely. Instead of sending this man home without dinner, the Domino’s employee PAID FOR IT HIMSELF! I don’t mean in an “it’s on the house way.” After the customer left this employee apologized that it would be a second, paid the register in cash from his own (very cool Jack Skellington) wallet and then moved on to help me like it was nothing. He even had to grab my order from the oven and box it up because his pizza pals were nowhere to be found in the kitchen area. In any case, this Domino’s is run right! You should order from there and if corporate reads this that man should get a raise or some recognition. Thanks for being an awesome human!!!

I haven't had Domino's pizza in years as it used to be poor in quality. We ordered it today and it was all delicious.

At the time of this review there is a great takeout special, so I've been ordering and picking up more pizzas lately. The quality of the pizza is good, especially when it's hot. My only concern is for the workers, it always seems really busy, and everyone looks tired and run down. That being said, everyone absolutely works hard and is helpful and professional. As for the actual facilities, it's in a little mall with a second hand store and a parking lot in need of repaving, and is just for pickup, there's no dining room. The customer area is clean, and the payment systems are newer and work well. I also want to highlight the excellent app, ordering with my phone works great, and it's tied to the physical locations really well. The progress of your order is shown in the order tracker and alerts, and also works great. Tying web apps like this to brick and mortar locations is difficult, but they seem to have nailed it. Finally, for those with covid concerns, there is a plexiglass guard protecting the kitchen from the front counter that's integrated well, and there is an option for them to bring your food to your car for takeout orders. 5 stars for decent food, service, and outstanding app integration. Recommended.

My first experience with Domino’s Pizza. Loved the tracker for my delivery from placing the order, for its preparation, it’s baking time, delivery time all the way up to my door. I liked that I was informed who baked my pizza and who was going to deliver it. The delivery person, Sam was very polite and professional and Stacy did a good job in baking my pizza. I don't leave any reviews but the food was so good I just had to! According to the website Angel was our cook today for our delivery order and the pizzas, thr wings, the pasta, everything was perfect and delicious. Will be ordering again for sure.

I would have to say this dominos is definitely my favorite in Lincoln

I order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and other items but it’s the first time I get food from this location and let me tell you, I’ve never had a sandwich taste this good and the bread was soft unlike other locations that serve it like they left it out overnight. I did the curbside pick up and guy was nice and polite. Over all great service

You could say my opinion is biased since I work here, but the pizzas we make are quality cuisines. You can get basically any tipping you can think of, on any crust you want from a thin Brooklyn style to a fluffy Pan, even with a variety of breads and sides for your evening feast. Just be sure to set a timed order if you want a big order (really helps us to prepare for busy nights). Hope you get a chance to try our food!

Poor David fell (our delivery driver) in the mud outside my house but he still saved my pizza and lava cakes even though he got mud on his shirt. My order was under Cayli so David I hope you see this and get a raise because you deserve it.

Hmm never had a bad experience with Domino's myself.... Hard to believe the bad reviews compared the service I've had to be honest. After ordering a ton of times, I'd have to say it is always just as I've ordered and always at the door pretty freakin quick for pizza delivery. I almost exclusively order online, when I'm on my way home from wherever. Delivery is always inside the specified window of time, and the pizza is always burning hot. (In a good way) So no complaints, and keep up the good work.

I love Domino's Pizza. The ingredients taste fresh and like "real" food. The gluten-free crust is awesome. There isn't many pizza establishments that cater to the gluten-free. The new chicken offerings really add to their menu and I love them. Their delivery service is fast and the personnel very polite. Price is very reasonable. I really don't know why anyone would purchase pizza from anywhere else. Pizza Hut adds soooo much salt to their meats - I can't eat it. I'm sure they are trying to enhance the taste, but to me it's totally unacceptable with my low-salt diet. Yep, I'm a Domino's Pizza fan.
