I just started OSA therapy this week and am seeing Ann for my equipment and associated accessories.

Ann not only thoroughly and extensively explained my apap machine and the different types of mask options, but she has been very patient with my numerous questions and extremely kind and friendly.

Additionally, she sincerely listens to all my concerns and problems, which is an unfortunate rarity these days. I am so grateful to have matched up with Ann, she genuinely cares about my health as a whole.

I left today in tears feeling very thankful to have a medical provider who is not only in my corner and rooting for my best health, but one who also helps me feel empowered to advocate for myself in my other areas of health where I have concern.

If you're lucky enough to have care provided by Ann, consider yourself blessed. She's an absolute angel.

Always a pleasure to work with. If I ABOSOLUTLY need cpap supplies they explained what I would need to do for insurance purposes, ie post date for when I would be eligible to get supplies. I'm very pleased with them. If they have any questions for me they call me directly to discuss

Well it's 4am and Home Medical has just left after replacing my failed Oxygen Concentrator. This company has been very responsive for all my Oxygen & CPAP needs for the last 7 years. I couldn't be happier with any other co. My concentrator failed at 1am in the morning, after multiple attempts to try and navigate the problem by 2:15am it was apparent I could not fix it. I placed a call, reached after hours answering operator who would contact the on-call agent. Within 10mins the on-call agent Roland responded and assure me he'd be out asap with a new concentrator. Thank you thank you Roland for your dedication to customers and making them feel at ease. Now off to catch some much needed ZZZZ's!

I have bern using Home medical for years, I always get a phone call back and excellent customer service, they are always there when I need them and very helpful ordering my supplies for me for cpap

Referred to them by my doctor. Poor communication. Much longer wait for equipment than other companies. I called and they wouldn't even take the time to look up my information, instead giving me general information about the wait and how many other people order the same thing. I ended up switching to a different medical equipment company after waiting for several weeks, with no word. I definitely do not recommend.

These people have been less than helpful. I am so sick of dealing with them and never can help me or when then the "can" it days or weeks later. Also hardly ever get a calls back.

You’re in the business to help people who need medical supplies and do not care about others. Too lazy to call doctors back if they need more information? Let patients wait a day or so to hear back from the doctors offices and have no problem quoting wrong prices. Rude and uncaring.

Manager was terrible wouldn't give me a walker that my doctor ordered says I had wrong papershad what doctor gave me was in a rush to get rid of metals me she will call me have no car I bet she never called doctor had boot on you would think that was a dead giveawayvery rude
