Staff is very knowledgeable had my computer built here in the month of December, my first ever build and i would not have chosen a different place to go to. My pc was ready for pickup about 24-48 hours later. Owner even warned me of a possible stability issue due to riser cables provided by the case manufacturer. Thankfully everything has been running super smooth, no issues about 2 months later. If you come across this place do NOT hesitate to go there, they are very friendly and will answer any questions. Also considering the other options in the middlesex county i believe Cyberknight to be the best.

Dennis is a great professional. He's knowledgeable and friendly, and I also appreciate how transparent he was about how much things would cost, how long things would take, and what was being done.

This is a great locally owned computer shop. I have both purchased computers here and had them serviced for years. The employees are always helpful and do not try to upsell you unnecessary products/services.

I don’t do reviews at all but well the people at cyberknights are super knowledgeable and helpful. They are super honest and convenient to talk to. I just build this pc and it was not working, I tried to diagnose it to them and they conclude the Motherboard was the problem. Go replaced the old motherboard and it was still not working. I call them the next day and they diagnose it for free after that well look how health my pc now. I also talked to the owner and he is the most genuine guy to talk to. If you have any computer problems, laptop or pc custom build like a newbie like me don’t hesitate and go here you will not be disappointed. Hats off to the guys who works here, they treated me above and way beyond. The hidden gems like these should be in business forever. If I can put 100 stars I would! 100stars on Cyber knight! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give them ten stars, I would. The staff is just wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I have worked with Dennis for several years, and have always been very happy with all of the work he has done for me and the information he has imparted me during that time. I highly recommend you give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Five stars does not seem quite enough.
The folks at Cyber Knight have saved me from disaster so often I want to put them in my will. And if you have any stupid question you can't seem to find or understand on google, you can contact them and they will usually be able to explain it to you. Can you tell that I greatly appreciate, like as amazingly patient-generous people and trust them without reservation. They will always do their best for you. And there best is pretty darn good.

Very professional, fast, and well priced service. I brought my computer which was running very slow. making an awful sound, and shutting down randomly. I couldn't diagnose the issue or fix it myself as the computer was water-cooled. I dropped it off Sunday morning and they had it fixed in the afternoon and it's running perfectly now. I appreciate their service and communication, and would definitely come in again.

I brought my computer in to get the fan replaced and my fan was replaced the same day. It was well worth the price.

Super impressed with Dennis's kindness. I desperately needed 16 SSD screws (for a NAS project I was in the middle of). I worried about depleting their parts, but Dennis searched around to find them and gave me them at no charge, even though I offered to pay. Thank you! I definitely would come back for business!

I found Cyber Knight when I was looking for a place to fix-up my two year old desktop. I literally typed in "local computer shop" into my phone. and this was the first place that showed up. What drew my attention was the number of excellent reviews. I had a hunch that I would be much better off here than in a place like Best Buy so I went in and brought My computer to one of the techs. We had my issue figured out in twenty minutes.

The next day I talked to Mike about getting a new motherboard and processor that could go along with my graphics cards. Mike was able to find just the right motherboard to go with my older hardware and still have the potential for future upgrades, all at a great price. I got excellent service, and Mike and the crew were all very informative and helpful, they clearly knew what they were doing and constantly kept me updated throughout the process of fixing and upgrading my desktop. They were very professional and now I have an awesome computer at home, thanks to them. I would definitely go back to Cyber Knight for any and all computer-related needs. I highly recommend them!

Thank Goodness there are still local merchants to turn to, so we can leave those big box stores behind, and get the personal service we need. That is what I got at Cyber Knight Computers. Mike was so easy to work with, talk to, and relate to, that it felt like I was with someone who really cared about MY NEEDS for a change, not what "corporate" was looking for.

My experience with Cyber Knight Computers has been excellent, right from my phone call to the owner, Mike, who assured me his technician would be able to help me. He was so right, Leon, a personable, knowledable technician did a wonderful job of installing my new Apple mini desk top & CD driver & router. He was able to connect the printer to two computers. Everything is up & running & I am thrilled. I would certainly recommend them.

Had a piece of phone charger stuck in my port, they took it out quickly and with a smile and refused to take any money for the job. Great service!

I recently purchased 2 computers along with a NAS back-up system from Cyber Knight Computers. I also had them install everything and set up my network with several other computers. The owner, Mike, was very patient with me...I had a lot of questions and was nervous about everything working properly. Mike took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure that I was purchasing equipment that would suit my needs without trying to push anything on me that I did not need. Their technician who came to set up my system was extremely efficient....he was actually multi-multi-tasking. Before he left, he made sure that my staff and I understood how everything worked and told us to call if we had any questions. Everything from start to finish with my experience with Cyber Knight Computers was absolutely perfect - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great staff! Very much professional. I took my Dell Laptop which stopped working. They are quite knowledgeable about computers and fixed my problem quickly. Will recommend to everyone. Great service!!

Great group of guys, Mike and Dennis are some knock out fellows. Brought in a graphics card that stopped posting for them to check out. The service fee was fairly priced, and after two days they called me back letting me know the card was fried! 😃👍🏾 why the smile? Because when I got the call Dennis sounded sincere and upset for an item that was not his. That couldn’t be fixed. Which means I found my new computer store! Oh yes and if you’re a Veteran, go here. I took my MacBook Pro to Cyber Knight about a week ago and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The owner, Mike, was extremely helpful and very professional, as were all over his employees that I dealt with. Everyone was knowledgeable and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix my computer within just a few days. They are cheaper than the competition, but after my experience I would use them regardless of the price. My computer is working flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with their service!

We all make mistakes sometimes and I made a pretty big one with my PC, but at no point was I ever made to feel embarrassed or dumb. Here, I found nothing but compassion and people that were on my side to do the best they can to find a solution. They did and I am very grateful.
