Option care health is the best nutrition formula company I have ever dealt with. Their process of ordering is so simple. They give a a courtesy call every month where you can order simple and quickly...the best!

I've been using them for almost a decade. I, fortunately, never have had any problems. I can get on the phone with someone instantly. If there is any problems, it's usually due to doctors not filling out forms correctly but Infusions Solutions always takes care of that for me so I don't have to make calls into the doctors office. Always been great and able to schedule me in a timely manner.

Shout out to Christine , a wonderful human being and Pharmacist who made my husbands lengthy terrible ordeal more manageable. I was given a direct number to call or text and was ALWAYS treated so kindly and with the utmost respect.

I usually have a very good experience with them, the delivery is fast and I always have supplies for my 8 month old but this month, she's low and they're late with their delivery. I'm in desperate need for supplies. And when I call them, I get transferred to about 4 different departments just for her monthly supply that she should be getting on time but is not.

This service provider seems to be interested only in company profits and not providing needed care. I have jumped through many hoops to get what I needed and as of today, 3 weeks later I still don't have what I need. The Infusion solution representative told me my insurance will not cover but when I called my insurance they said I was fully covered. Then the Infusion solution rep told me they didn't have the proper paperwork from my doctor, I called the doctors office the they told me they sent in all the required forms. The central office sends bills 8 months after the service and gets real nasty about it, they want their money now!

I was originally using New England Home Therapy as a provider but the company was bought out by these hacks. I am going to another provider and suggest you do the same.

One good note, the delivery drivers are just awesome as well as the shipping department. It is the front end management that totally sucks.

Don't waste your time with this company - Bio Scrip, Infusion Solutions, Option Care, whatever they call themselves these days... I was a patient for six years and most of the time with them was mediocre at best. The last two, however, were abysmal. Little to no communication, constantly being given the runaround, few folks returning calls, everything being directed to me to do (e.g. start the prior authorization process - that's THEIR job!) when I am not a healthcare expert, the list goes on. I will say that the nurses were mostly great over the years. The pharmacy was always inconsistent, but I had good luck with Dave and Ashley. The current manager is clueless as are the majority of the staff (and Becky is downright rude). Stay away... if your insurance allows another infusion company, go to it! I am just starting with a new one and the customer service quality is already alarmingly different. Shame, shame, shame Option Care, shame, shame, shame...

They need to be audited and investigated. I filed a formal complaint with their parent company. My orders are always missing items but they’ve gotten worse. Now, to place an order, you have to leave a voicemail message that won’t be returned to confirm details or delivery. After repeated attempts and getting shuffled around I was able to speak to a live person who told me my order would take a least a month due to backlog. My order showed up one month late and wrong. I can’t believe they are in the business of providing critical health care supplies and equipment. I would give them a Z minus as far as quality is concerned. No accountability or reliability whatsoever. They should be embarrassed and ashamed! I am now getting my supplies elsewhere.

Impossible to get ahold of. Wait on hold for 30-45 minutes easily and then they don't know how to help you anyway

Worst medical device company ever. Everything was going smoothly until they just stopped answering the phone...and didnt return any calls. I assumed they went out of business. After three months of not recieving any supplies, leaving several voicemails with zero response from the company, I finally moved on to another medical device company, Keene Medical (who is also atrocious, but answers the phone when paying customers call). This is beyond poor customer service...this is downright immoral and unethical. This place sells medical devices to people who cant live without them...and they just stopped picking up the phone, without any warning or communication. I hope they all suffer as much as they made their customers suffer. Burn in hell, people of Bioscrip.

My specialist recommended BioScrip to me, however they don't even return my calls or e-mails. I never get reminders that I am supposed to get for my supplies. I have sent multiple requests for supplies only to be ignored. They are supposed to be a supplier for MEDICAL supplies but apparently they couldn't care about people's health. Find yourself a different supplier.

I have never had an easy transaction with this company. Our visiting nurse has also had a terrible time with them. We order our pharmacy and nutrition supplies from Infusion Solutions for my 11 month old daughter who has leukemia. I am regularly transferred multiple times for very simple requests. In fact, I was just transferred from the pharmacy to the janitorial department for a gravity bag request...
I ordered supplies for weeks, called one day to reorder and was told I wasn't allowed. When I politely explained that I had done this before, and in fact had been receiving calls from the company to ask if I needed supplies the two days previous I was told that, "I'm a supervisor and those others did it wrong." And then was told my doctor had to call for an extra ng tube and hung up on.
I actually just called them again to discuss my complaints and they didn't have a customer relations department or person for me to speak to. So here I am on Google to say I would recommend you avoid Bio Script/Infusion Solutions unless you want more stress in your medical situations.

Do not use this company.

I used them for my daughter's medically necessary hypoallergenic formula. They were more than willing to lock in my business and charge me a $250 deductible IMMEDIATELY before sending the first order. I then received 2 calls from the billing department within 3 days regarding the $250 deductible stating I would not be receiving my order until this is paid. When I explained, twice, that this had already been paid and provided the confirmation number they would tell me, irritably, that they did not see the deductible paid in their system. As if I had any control over their internal documentation...

I received one month's worth of formula and called to refill to find out that they had just signed a contract with BCBS and were no longer being reimbursed by BCBS for oral medications. Even though they knew my daughter's hypoallergenic formula was medically authorized to be covered by my insurance they told me that they could charge me $28.88 per can and could get this out to me ASAP. Why would I pay for the formula when I could go through another medical service and have my insurance cover it? They told me to call BCBS to ask about their services not be reimbursed. You just told me about the contract between Infusion Solutions and BCBS!! I know why you will not be reimbursed!

After calling BCBS looking for a new company to provide the formula I found out that this company is in-network and I have a letter of medical necessity for this formula therefore I have NO deductible and should be refunded the $250. I called Infusion Solutions back and not only would Kate from Nutrition not take my call once I brought up the issue of the deductible but also the receptionist told me she would email the billing department to call me back. I asked why I could not be transferred since I am already on the phone and she quickly said, they will call you back and got off the phone quickly.

I am very disappointed with the service provided. Kate from the Nutrition department talked up their services when I had my first call with her setting up the first order (and of course the deductible). I wouldn't talk so highly in the future, look at the reviews online... Your costumers think otherwise.

I do not typically write reviews, but beware of this company. There invoicing is so confusing and nobody can help clarify my billing discrepancies. Only one of my four payments shows on my invoices. Therefore they continue to charge me for the same items that I have paid (my bank statements prove it). I have requested detailed invoices showing all charges and payments on two different occasions. Both statements show different dates of services throughout all the months. Very in accurate.

Horrible. Have to call multiple times for weeks to get anyone to be able to order supply’s. Leave messages that go unreturned. When the supply’s are shipped if they come fedex or ups no problem but sometimes they are delivered by a random car from people who make the packaging smell of cigarettes. Unfortunately they seem to be the only game in town with feeding bags and GI tubes.

If I could give a rating of 1 out of 1,000, I would. For the third year in a row I got my automated call, confirming supplies to be delivered, with a promise that if there was any issue with filling my order I would get a call from a representative, and for the third year in a row I got neither a call nor the supplies.

My husband and I have been calling for 2 months, and still no CPAP supplies. You cannot get a live person and they are not returning calls. Historically they have been good but no more!!!
