Comfort Inn Airport

So I am not one to write reviews but as it is noteworthy I am obliged to share. We have stayed several times now at this location a d quite simply, the staff made all the difference. The rooms are quite nice and so are the amenities etc but what has been memorable and so pleasing is there has never been a problem. I must attribute the proactive and accommodating staff. There were almost a couple of glitches but they seemed to easily dissolve before becoming problematic. Harry and the young ladies just have a special knack and natural talent at simply making things better. And what an ease it has become to have that security and knowing that any reasonable request is going to be smiled upon and pleasurably satisfied. I have rarely looked forward to another arrival and stay in my many travels but this fine group has raised the bar and must be acknowledged. Keep up the great work and Thank You so very much!

I was a great experience staying at this hotel, since my arrival I felt very satisfied with the attention of the girl at the reception Jinal who was very kind.

Very clean and organized room with everything you need.

Very complete breakfast, with several options to choose from.

I recommend it 100% and I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional service from the team at comfort Inn Airport. They were proactive and made sure we were all set for our travel. I have rarely seen a hotel customer service of that quality in the last couple of years. We left our car in the parking lot and I was absolutely not worried about safety. Abby arranged our airport transport both ways: flexible, quick and easy. Very friendly place, happy staff, clean room, comfortable bed, but most of all, the customer service we had from reservation date to departure date was amazing. I definitely recommend and will come back.

I stayed here during a rough patch with family.. The staff is extremely helpful, the room was a delight. More importantly there was a whole world of fun to be had in the gym and pool. Great place and highly recommended 👌!

This is probably the best hotel experience i had in my lifetime. I don't comprehend why people are rating it as 2.0 stars hotel. It's definitely 2.5 stars hotel. Where should I start, the luxurious out of this world a Waldorf Astoria-esque lobby and entrance with big sign says "no walking barefoot" in the lobby. The room was very spacious with environmentally friendly paper thin walls- oh yea you can hear it all. A Victorian era toilet with a handle to flush resembling throw back high school days, will bring a lot of nostalgic memories. Breakfast was included with a variety of selections from coffee to water to orange juice to apple juice. it doesn't end there, scrambled eggs and waffles are included. To keep the atmosphere joyful at least 20 kids are on duty every morning running around the lobby and breakfast room to bring warmth and joy to who ever is eating there who happened to be over 70 year old. When i stayed i was lucky enough to witness an exorcism , that morning the police showed up as there were complaints of a possessed person or under the influence who stayed in one of the rooms. He was shouting, yelling, and cursing the cops saying " you work for the devil" it was quite a scene the person didn't stop yelling at the people who work for the "devil" stating he was in bed and they forced him out. Other than that i absolutely recommend to stay there if you want to have some quality time in Manchester.

Wonderful staff great clean beautiful rooms and delicious hot breakfast

This place has been remodeled since I visited 6 years ago. So nice! Thick towels, comfortable thick comforters, large rooms, and so clean! The only thing I am on the fence about and honestly it is both + and - is they have rented what used to be the pool and whatnot space to a gym. The up side is it is so much nicer! The pool area has cabanas (which is nice) and for locals the pool activities are fantastic. As a guest wanting to do laps or relax not as nice. Having said that having a full gym is amazing! I will definitely stay here again.

Always an amazing time at Comfort Inn!!

Cons:

•This is not a scenic view kind of hotel. Located down the street from Queen City Ave exit, I tend to have my curtains drawn regardless of which room I stay in.
•The parking lot sucks getting in and out of, and that's an understatement. One entrance/exit is located on a one way right before a three way intersection, the other is on (got to love Manchester) another one way leading over a bridge to Elm St.
•The private gym that also runs the pool doesn't notify the hotel when they're hosting private parties/events. So as a guest, you may go to use the pool and be surprised by a kid's pool party. This doesn't happen very often though!

Pros:

•The pool is beautiful!! Everytime I want or need to stay at a hotel, I chose Comfort Inn just for their indoor heated pool. The seats on the side are super comfy and have outlets, the air is pleasantly warm, and I love that I can watch TV at either end of the pool 👌🏻
•They have a dry sauna! It was out of order this visit, but I've been in the past. Amazingly relaxing and you can adjust your temperature. Even though it's a "dry" sauna, the room is pretty humid from the pool.
•The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and decently priced. I'm not sure if every room has them, but every room I've rent a room has a private bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, TV, hairdryer, heat lamp, and a personally controlled thermostat.
•Since the hotel is right off the highway/close to downtown Manchester, you have hundreds of delivery options!
•The pool as well as a full gym, spa, juice bar is pristinely maintained by Envy! I haven't explored all of the services they offer but all hotel guests are welcome to use them 😍

All in all, 5/5 rating I will always stay at Comfort Inn

Friendly staff and comfortable room. My boyfriend and I were trying to get away for a bit, we weren’t disappointed. It’s close to the mall, great dinning options, and has a great heated pool. Definitely going to be coming back!

What a great find when we needed it the most! Great price for one night, clean and comfortable! Best of all they had parking for our big rig truck when all the other hotels had none. The girl at the front desk was amazing! So hospitable and lovely she was! Looking forward to the breakfast in the AM. Thank you again comfort inn!

What pleasant place to stay. Every single person i met was so helpful and kind. Arranged for a shuttle and we were pleasantly surprised by a very nice gentleman driving a Lincoln . Very polite, friendly and car was very clean

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Check in process was very quick and easy. The rooms were very clean. One of the ladies from housekeeping was very rude but other than that it was an overall great experience. I also was there during the Covid19 which made everything a hassle but it was very easy going there.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Manchester and it was quite nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. Even when my wife and I found we had forgotten a few things they were gracious enough to give us a few things like razors, shaving cream, and combs. The room was quite clean and orderly. It's also a non smoking hotel which is fantastic! Location wise it is quite convenient being just on the outside of the main city. I would definitely stay here again!

Not sure why this is considered a 2-star hotel. We loved it. The building is attractive, the rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of free parking, the prices are reasonable, the location is great, the heated pool is super nice and seems empty most of the time. Also love the restaurants and frozen yogurt shoppes directly across the street. In NYC, this would be a 4-star $400/night place.
