Luke and Dana are the best. IF They leave to work elsewhere Im following them. Stores are a dime a dozen but these guys make it a great experience. Talk about making a person feel at home. These guys are great. Next time I will have Dana reach for my purchase(guitar)lol.

Best service you can get Luke is the tech guy and Danna runs the front.

i bought 3 albums from yall and 3 of the 4 cds worked perfectly. one of them however, skips on one of the songs. i went back in and you guys immediately traded it for some other cds! overall a great experience, and ill be a regular!

i was excited to go into the store. my ladyfriend was getting a new phone and I came in shortly after. There were only 2 people working, busy day! It was really busy... Although they took time to help me. All I needed was a phone protection case. They assisted me well.

Fantastic customer service. Had my Iphone fixed there & they were really fast, inexpensive and took the time to explain everything to me. I also purchased a new glass screen protector & case, which were reasonably priced.

They took the extra step of putting the screen protector & case on for me (remember when Best Buy used to charge for this, now I don't Know if Best Buy even does this anymore).

Very happy I went there.

I practically owe Luke a foot massage (if not) for how much effort he put into fixing my aging, overused, and abused iPhone.

If he can’t figure it out he’ll send you to Kirk at his thriving business Gear Up Electronics about a half mile away - who fixes electronics with a microscope. They help each other at no charge to the other’s customers.

My phone mysteriously started working as he was sending me to Gear Up, so Kirk just took it apart, cleaned it, repacked it, and put it on a charge.

Then it started acting up again maybe a good month or two later. When I took it back to Luke and told him the symptoms, he finally figured out that it was a most unusual problem he hadn’t had to repair in four years and fixed it.

Luke is a personable family man that seems to be genuinely blessed to love his job.

The rest of the CD Warehouse staff are consistently cool.

All of this was free to me as a Selectel customer.

When it comes to service - what more can you ask? Seriously.

Wonderfully helpful! The friendly staff was able to help me trouble shoot a problem device I bought on line and with the purchase of a used Samsung Galaxy S10e. They also have a great selection of accessories for the phones they sell. Much better experience than any Verizon store that I've ever walked into. Thanks guys!

Good supply of physical music. Also a great place to buy concert tickets for shows at the Bourbon Theater.

I've had good experiences here every time I have gone. Purchased a nice Selectell plan and phone for my dad, and they made it simple, easy and fast much appreciated. The gal working the front desk was very nice, knowledge, and cool. Chad is always willing to help me at all times of the day.

So.... I am extremely picky, can be a pain to some. Chad and staff have always met and exceeded expectations! They are always friendly and helpful and their prices are fair!! :) This last time, Scott worked on my phone until it was perfect and also dealt well with my need for everything to work perfectly! He adjusted the button on the screen and made sure I was happy!! A++++++

CD Warehouse has excellent customer service. The phone service is cheaper and just as good as larger providers. It is basically Verizon service for a portion of the Verizon price. We pay a month in advance without a contract. More people should consider them because we save hundreds of dollars a year, we get exceptional customer service, and we don't have to stand in line all day to get service.

I'm happy record like stores are still around. A cool place awesome staff and very helpful. If they ain't got it they can get it.

Wife's iPhone 8 Plus screen suddenly stopped working. Not dropped or cracked or broken - display just quit. These guys had the parts in stock and had it fixed within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Bought a case for my iPhone X and a screen protector too while we were there. Great service!

I came to this store because my current cell phone needed to be sent in for a couple weeks for repairs that were still under warranty. The staff worked with me and got me a temporary phone. They understood my situation and allowed me to sell it back to them for a negotiated price. Highly recommend.
