Wonderful company to work with! Bethany & Bob Marx went out of their way to find us a storage unit. During the time we needed a unit everything was sold out, but Bethany kept us updated daily on when she could have something available, and Bob immediately had the container ready for us to move our things in. Great customer service all around. If you ever have a question or need help, they are always there for you. Best storage facility in our area! They are incredibly helpful and kind. The communication is ideal. It's so nice knowing that I can reach out and they will answer any questions I may have. My unit is triple secured by the gate and the locks. And they have surveillance which makes me feel comfortable storing my things.

What a pleasant experience it was renting a storage unit from Pokegama Pines. The units are clean, well maintained and secure. I felt comfortable knowing that the facility is under 24 hour surveillance.
