MN Mobility

Thanks to Tim for a great buying experience, we drove 700 miles to purchase the Pride Wrangler Scooter. I called Tim to put a down payment because it would be two weeks until we picked it up, he would not take a payment because he said that’s not the way he does business. So he held the scooter and opened on a Sunday morning so we could pick it up, he explained all the features and helped me load it in my mini van. A great place and a great man to do business with, if we need something else we will make the drive instead of buying on the internet.

Tim had the exact scooter we needed and held it for us until we got there to pick it up. It was all set-up, fully charged and ready for our trip. it's great!

I have gotten both service and purchased a used scooter from Tim. He has come to my home as I did not have any way to get the scooter home or bring it in for repair. By the way, he disposed of my old scooter at no charge and that was a big worry off my back! He came to my home 3 times in the past year to help me out at no extra charge and I live outside of St Cloud. He gives outstanding service and has quality products!! He very much cares and understands the issues facing the disabled. He always explains my options and has always done his best to work with me and the funds I have to work with. I have not gotten this level of service or support any place else I have been to!! Thank You Tim!

We had a great experience. We went into the shop not knowing much about scooters. Tim was extremely patient and thoroughly answered every question we had. He was honest and only offered scooters that fit my grandmother’s needs. The fair price included delivery which was convenient. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a new Pride scooter here and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I had a ton of questions about scooters and their use. I needed a scooter for Minnesota, and Tim had lots of practical advice about using it. I will buy my next one from here without question.

We went into MN Mobility with our scooter that had been drenched in a rainstorm, fully expecting to have to purchase a new one. As we looked at new scooters, the owner looked mine over and asked us to give him an hour or so to see if it could be fixed. When we returned, he had solved the problem with a minor $75 charge when he could have easily told us it was irreparable and sold us a new one. We will buy all our future scooters at MN Mobility

Best selection of electric scooters. Test drove the Pride scooter and got it delivered the same night. Friendly patient service got all my questions answered.

Rented from this place last year and it was a very pleasant experience . I travel a lot and rent these things all over the country. Few if any, live up to Tim's level of professionalism and dedication to customer service! I just rented another one from him!
