I had a small 2’ x 3’ area rug and a runner that needed dry cleaning. I had stopped by Pilgrim and was given a quote that was so high they suggested I wash the rugs instead. But because of the backing and needing a large capacity washer, I did not take that advice. I decided to stop by Tide give them a try. I am so glad I did. My cleaning charges were less than the cost of what Pilgrim quoted and they came out beautifully! Tide also apologized because they thought the rugs were going to take three weeks. But, to my surprise they came back a week early. Thanks Tide. Nice work 🥰

Love love love to take my comforters and quilts to get laundered in the off season. It’s such a treat to open the bag when the next season rolls around and have fresh, clean bed covers! King size bulky things don’t fit in my washer, so this is how I get them done.

I bring all of my cleaning here from clothes to comforters. The do an excellent job and their customer service is awesome. I started using them when they opened on Hennepin Town Road in Eden Prairie. They are also very conveniently located so it is easy to get into the store. I highly recommend them. The staff is also very nice.

Customer service here is superb. I’ll with update with the gentleman’s name in a follow up post. There was an opportunity to be little me as I was not aware there is a few cleaning and press options and it was explained to me in a studious way.

I haven’t used a dry cleaner in a while and I’m happy I chose Tide Cleaners in Eden Prairie. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. I wasn’t in a rush and it took a couple days to get my 3 items back. They send them off to an offsite location. My suit was in great shape when I got it back. Thanks Tide Cleaners

I was thrilled with the customer service and the results. I had a (lightly) blood stained shirt and they got the stains out and pressed it perfectly in an appropriate amount of time! I will be back.

Always press and clean the items correctly. Been using Tide since the day they opened. Staff in Eden Prairie is always friendly and if they find something in the pockets they will actually call me!
