We took a 9 day Celebrity cruise to Marthas Vineyard & Bermuda. Amy Perron was PHENOMENAL! She got us a great price and extra money off final cost. She remained in touch with us throughout the entire process. Amy answered all questions we had in a very timely manner. Kept us updated on everything A couple weeks before our trip we received a very nice folder, detailed with all the information, luggage tags, excursion tickets (not through cruise company), etc. Amy remained in touch with us, through emails, throughout the cruise and after. She is a super nice person. Very professional. Knows the business. I highly recommend Amy Perron for your travel needs.

Our trip to Italy was literally one of the best experiences of our lives. None of this could have been possible without Amy. She planned everything to finest detail. Cars waiting for us at the airports to some of the most beautiful hotels and amazing experiences we could have hoped for. Traveling overseas can be stressful, yet Amy took all the stress out of planning a once in a life time experience. Amy has a customer for life. My wife and I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from Amy Perron on our recent trip. We were on a river cruise on the Danube ending with three days in Munich. Amy set us up with excellent side trips in the various ports we stopped in. She was always available for questions and requests we had both by email and phone.

I Travel Internationally at least twice a year and do all my travel arrangements through Amy and Cruise Planners I can sum up my experience's with Her and Cruise Planners by saying I will never let anyone else handle my plans. When we first started to travel internationally we thought we could do it ourselves. We had the internet; how hard could it be? And, that worked okay, but then we met Amy and were initially impressed with her knowledge of cruises. She booked a trip for us and we were shocked at how much better it was than the ones we had planned for ourselves. Amy thinks of everything which makes the trips so much more enjoyable and takes all the stress/uncertainty out of the travel connections. Over the years, Amy has been an invaluable asset to my wife, Anita, and me. Her knowledge and expertise in the cruise industry has allowed us to act on the smartest and most practical advice available. She is always on top of opportunities, as well as pits and falls of which she informs us right up front.

Amy stuck with us through three schedulings of a cruise we planned to take with our son and his wife...the postponements due to COVID restrictions. No matter where she is in the world, she is responsive to our communications, rarely asking us to wait for her return to her office.

Amy is the best! She's extremely detail oriented, organized, responsive, friendly and super knowledgeable. She takes care of every little detail, including things I wouldn't normally think of. Amy is fantastic!
We have worked with Amy on all of our trips (14 thus far and two coming up in 2022) this past year has been trying for all of us with trip cancellations. Amy took all the work from these cancellations to get our refund or rebooking.
A couple of years ago were booked for an Asia cruise leaving Green Bay in February she suggested we leave a day early. Amy arranged for a service to pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel. Needless to say the weather in Chicago was SNOW after being delayed in Green Bay for 6 hours we missed our flight to San Francisco. One call to Amy she found a hotel in Chicago, canceled our car service and arranged a new pickup time and canceled our hotel in Singapore. So we’re off to Singapore, got there and as promised a driver was there to meet us and took us to the ship! Best of all she helped us with our travel claim with our Travel Insurance carrier.
