Love the new layout of the store. The third drive thru window is great.
They did forget an item of food but was quick to get it to me when I went inside. Food was fresh and their coffee is my favorite.

Jace Donnelly, that “welcome to mcdonalds, will you be using your mobile app today?” Is a pre recorded message so not only did you make a fool out of yourself by the review you wrote but what makes it even worse is the fact that McDonalds is closed on Christmas Day, so you were probably arguing with a pre-recorded message on Christmas Day instead of being with your family.

I had a hair in my food came back and was greeted by Mike, Mike is a great guy and refunded my large fry and gave me free ice cream we need more people like Mike working in the food business… thank you Mike

This McDonald's was very busy during breakfast. Usually I wait a little bit at other McDonald's in drive thru at breakfast but this was my first time. The thing I notice is cars were moving. They had a really good system going on inside with the crew and drive through cause they were clearing cars that morning. I was happy on how fast I made through the middle of breakfast rush!!

Would give 6 stars if I could. Was shocked to see no kiosk for placing orders. All McDonald's should follow their lead. Staff, service, and food was top notch.

With two kids on the autism spectrum, french fries are my sanity saver. We go often enough that our overall experience is great! Good and hot food and quick service (hardly ever have to wait).

I placed a mobile order this morning for pick up. Upon arrival I asked the young lady working the cash register if whoever made my iced coffee could make it with LOVE. I just got done working a 62 hour work and am so exhausted. I heard someone around the corner say, “I got you!” BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD. Made with ALL THE LOVE. Thank you guys so much for making the start of my day off amazing! Food was bomb too.

Very clean & I really don't McDonald's I like this one though....employees are friendly ,fast & efficient . The food has always been fresh & hot. Also for how busy they are around town in the summer they really keep everything running fast & smooth.i ordered the Signature Smokehouse Bacon Burger. I am hooked on it I go there 2 times a week for this burger meal package & haven't been disappointed yet. Kudos I am a new Mickey D's customer.

One of the best McDonald's in the area. We eat here often on our way up North. The BEST Cheeseburgers are served here. Fast, friendly service.

I went through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. Hamburger Happy Meal, no onions. I usually upgrade the Coke to a large and get apple slices. They take my money and never look at me funny for getting a kids meal. I love McDonald's hamburgers so this is really easy. This restaurant has easy access and usually gets things right. Thanks for another good experience.

Today I was amazed at the excellent experience for a McDonald's. We normally are disappointed at the slowness and just unorganized experience. But wow! Today was a complete change. A manager that was in charge and keeping everything going in a very positive way. Clearly is trickling down to the employees who showed how well they can do with the right leader.

McDonald's is like home. No matter where you are the menu is the same and the food is just as fresh and delicious. I know McDonald's isn't healthy but it's worth it once in awhile because let's be real it's amazing. The fries are the best in the world and the quarter pounder is so juicy and flavorful you'll crave for more.

It's the same people working day in and day out. When you have to work 7 days a week cause half the staff doesnt show up mistakes get made. If you dont like the service make a sandwich or salad at home so maybe you'll lose some weight. Frequent coffee buyer never a problem. End Rant

Bought my whole crew breakfast at work Saturday morning for OT and was able to call ahead and everything was ready and correct. Can't ask for much more.

We had a really good experience today. Brought 2 kids to eat and play. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I had doors held open for me by employees and the cashier carried our tray to us. Thank you!

This McDonald's has very friendly staff. They were all quick to meet our needs and such hard workers. Nice McDonald's playland! If you have kids they will love the playland! 2 huge slides! Playland has it's own separate bathroom which many McDonald's don't have. Very convenient.

My husband and I brought our 3 grandson's 2, 3 and 4. To have lunch and play here. Was not super busy, the people we interacted with were awwwwwwsome!!! Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Elk River McDonald's!! We will be back!

They were surprisingly quick! Handing me my two hot newly made sausage egg McMuffins 30 seconds or less after paying! That is still the best fast food sandwich.

Always busy, but very quick and I had this sweetest young lady (Avery H?) Help me with my order...If I had ten of her working for me (Appliance Sale's) I could retire in 5 year's....and the 🍟 need I say anything else?
