Great experience yesterday! Jose was extremely helpful in getting us new sizes and answering questions. Plus great to talk to! The staff also gave our daughter some stickers when she was getting antsy. We love Carhartt anyways, but this was a great reminder that it's more than just quality clothing.

Jose Delos Santos is a very helpful employee! He went above and beyond to help us find the clothes we not only wanted, but needed. His advice guided us to the best purchase we could make. Friendly, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend this Carhartt due to him.

I just wanna say that I had a great experience shopping at Carhartt here because of Jose! When certain things didn’t have my size he accommodated me and would check to make sure if you guys had more in the back. Or helped me with ordering online. As well as I haven’t ever bought anything Carhartt so he explained to me how things fit and if I should size down or not. He’s super friendly and just made sure I was happy with my experience and I appreciate that so much because you don’t get a lot of that lately in retail so I really appreciate his customer service! So thank Jose and to Carhartt for hiring such a great employee!

I went to the Mall of America locations and Jose helped me. What a standout guy! I was so impressed he was able to fit me into my new winter jacket. I was only planning on buying one jacket and ended up leaving with sweatshirts, jacket, gloves, and a hat that i wear almost everyday. Cant wait to come back for more!

Went to this Carhartt outlet to process a return and stock up on winter gear for work.
Jose, one of the retail accociates helped me process the return and provided excellent, unparalleled customer service in assisting with this. Truly above and beyond.
Will definitely be coming back to this store for all of my outdoor working apparel needs.

Great customer service! They made sure my needs were met, so I bought two coats. Top quality product for what is paid! considering the other options in my opinion this is, as good as it gets. The only coat a man can wear as work and semi formal wear. Professional staff and customer service. I will return!!!

We came in to buy my husband some pants today. The store was super clean, everything was organized so well and the staff was so friendly. Markus helped us out finding the pants and checking them out. Hopefully he'll be there next time we pop in!!

Staff was extra helpful. Wasn't planning on purchasing in store since I was on way to airport. Associate pulled items from back to help me check sizing on an expensive coat. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and advice received. Purchased online shortly after.

The quality of the items sold here is great. I bought myself a coat here years ago and it is still going strong. I bought my boyfriend a coat for Christmas and he loves it. I would recommend this store.

Great selection of summer and winter clothes! Coats, winter/work jackets, jeans/ work pants/ fleece lined pants, hats, backpacks, boots/work boots, wide variety of gloves! Excellent staff service, I love the fast check out service !

Always a pleasure going in. The gentleman that helped me (James maybe?) was very pleasant when I asked for a different color jacket. When they didn't have it in stock, he ordered it for me online and even thought to ask if it was a work item, which it was. Offered me a promo code specifically for that, which was a fantastic surprise. Definitely looking forward to shopping there again!

The store's computer system malfunctioned this evening while I was making a purchase with a gift card. The staff could not have been more accommodating, apologetic, and friendly, (even when it was 5 mins to closing). Ended up leaving the gift card with the staff in case there was an issue after the fact, got my item, and was on my way in no time. Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. (Especially the taller girl with glasses, who I can only assume was the manager based on her knowledge/customer service skills.)

Ok so they were super great. They didn’t try to hustle me. I brought up some genuine questions and they answered super honestly and accommodated. Also the work boots that I bought were so comfortable I am wearing them right now.

Went to the Carhartt store at Moa, I had an amazing experience I have a knee scooter due to an injury your store manager went out of his way to help me out going in back numerous times to get me my list of all my stuff I needed and it was a big list 6 coats and bibs he even then went above and beyond and carried the 3 large sacks out to my vehicle for me. He is such a stellar employee it’s hard to find such great service these days coming from retail he is definitely be the person I will seek out when I shop there again. I’ve never had a personal shopper or a concierge, but I could get used to this level of service.

Excellent selection of coats,clothes. And the service was above and beyond. I found exactly what I wanted and the gentleman even got me the next day sale price on it. Yes this business is a great place to get all of your Christmas gifts and a gift for yourself....
