Jimmy John's

Came to this location because the terrible service I received at the other location In westland. I called first because I didn't want to make a dry run. I called the young man was very pleasant and took my order and asked asked would I like to pay before getting there I said yes and getting ready to proceed to get my card the young man then asked was I driving I said yes.the young man then stated I could just wait until I git there and my order was ready when I arrived. I would just like to say. MARCUS and the Jimmy John crew on Michigan Are Rock.!!!

Now don't mess up or I'll have to change my review. Lol But twice recently ordered and food was well put together and wrapped nicely tightly. I suggest getting mayo on the side. Both orders came within 15/20 minutes. Just right down the street. Thank you Jimmy John's!

I order lunch online and pickup at this location literally every work day. This team makes my day so much easier. They know me by name, they're fast, courteous, and accurate. I've never had a problem here and appreciate how well they treat this repeat customer

Eric can handle that place all by himself. He was cool, calm and collective as we had about 4 people in there ahead of us. He was very polite, got everyone's food pretty quick and we were satisfied with our food. He even made conversation with us as he prepared it. Will definitely be back again!

The staff are friendly and personable; the service is fast and the food is great! Happy to have them in Wayne!

All I can say is that every time I'm in town I make a special stop here. I love the wraps,everything is so fresh and yummy. The staff here has always been very friendly and accommodating...

I fell in love with JJ's after my first sandwich. I wasn't disappointed with my BLT.
But inflation sure is making it harder to eat out

This is a location where the franchisee charges a bit more than expected. This is a location that has been one star in the past. I just got two sandwiches (Vito and Beach Club 2x veg) that put this location back into real OG JJ territory. still a little inconsistent but a new 4 overall.

Fresh and very tasty. The sandwiches are always so good and the bread is so fresh . They got my order that was $100+ pretty fast too!

Power went out a few times the last week or so, ruining what food we had in the fridge, being able to order Jimmy Johns was very nice. Quick, wrapped nice, and correct order.

This great team donated mini subs to my daughter's elementary school, Roosevelt-McGrath, for teacher appreciation. I just wanted to say thank you so much for supporting your local teachers and students.

Good customer service, like the selection of sandwiches, the little John sandwich combo is my favorite on the go.

They dont put enough stuff on the samdwitch taste like bread or a big mac all bread i would buy more if they putt

I love JJ's and this one is fast. You get a lot of sandwich for the money and there are a couple gals working there easy on the eyes!

Bathrooms were very clean!
