V&P Medical Supply LLC

My experience with V&P Medical has been amazing. Talking to and going to other medical supply stores, I was often met with people who acted like they did not want my business or that I was a nuisance. Unfriendly, sometimes unprofessional, and often seeming like they did not want to help. V&P is the complete opposite. I was able to explain what was going on and what I was looking for help with and they made really helpful recommendations. Super friendly, kind, professional people. I felt important as their customer, which you don't always get these days. I drove from Minnetonka to pick up my supplies and will happily do so in the future. This is a business worth supporting and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family in need of home medical equipment. Thank you!

I have had many negative experiences with other medical supply agencies, prior to find V&P business through Medica customer service. To find V&P is just like winning a lottery. This is an honest, sincere couple who own a small business of medical supply; however, the way they serve their clients are very different, patiently and amazing. They are good listeners and learn what products are more favorite to make recommendation for new clients. Maikia and her husband treat clients with respect and friendly. They take good care of all paper work, and deliver on time as demand. This is what missing from many companies doing this kind of business, because there is abusive attitude going on in our societies. Service staffs at pharmacy and medical equipment stores think the disable and elderly people need their mercy instead of respect. I absolutely recommend this V&P medical store for friends, neighbors, and local residents of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center. We should support our local business like this for our city properity.

Its not a business when you're not at your business during public hours. So i went to a different medical supply store.
