Happy with my recent purchase. The staff is friendly, and is very good with answering questions ( one of the associates spent almost 2 hours with me ) which I greatly appreciated to assure I made the right decision.

I purchased a Stetson 100X El Presidente Silverbelly Cowboy Hat and I absolutely love it. I'd recommend the Boot Barn for cowboy hats, boots, and much more.

The smell of this store alone makes it worth a visit. A spendy place to shop but they offer high quality products. Staff was helpful.

The gals helping me today were absolutely amazing. I was looking for several items and they took the time to help me with each item. Lots of selections. Very happy to have shopped there.

People were friendly! Helped so much however it isn't a really big store. No fire retardant work apparel and a small steel toe boots selection. Other than that very good employees! Offered to order online and ship to our home or their store when they didn't have the boots we were looking for!

Beautiful boots, I was always told you pay for what you get. And you will pay a very nice high price for some beautiful crafted boots!!!

Great store. Staff completely messed up my rewards registration. Even gave her my ID to spell everything correctly. Then didn't put the next 2 transactions on my rewards. Became a real mess. We spent over $500 in the store that day.

Helpful staff that had taken time out of their day to help me find what I was looking for without any guff or rudeness which was nice. They have many quality items, and for what they offer, at a reasonably affordable price.

Awesome! The lady who helped me, who I think was the store manager, was super helpful. She helped me pick the perfect hat based on a photo and even steamed it and shaped it for me. Great customer service and very friendly. Thank you!

cowgirl boots (w & w/o bling) I have ever seen in one place.

Also the cutest country/cowgirl women's apparel, handbags, jewelery, accessories and so on.

There is a limited selection of cowboy hats that price as low as $25 and as high as $500 including George Straight, Jason Aldean and a few other select country stars. No Tim McGraw hats, which is disappointing to us fans but nevertheless, I was very impressed !!!

Being a value shopper I feel the prices and quality of products are more than fair.
I have recently been told that I am rather 'picky' as well.
So, with all that being said...
"I'm not sure you can go wrong at least giving the Boot Barn a visit."
