Been going to I pharmacy for about 5 years. It's way better than big chain Pharmacies. The owner is there to help as well as the entire staff. They are all very helpful. This is a compounding pharmacy which means they can make the medicine if need be. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

Rudy and team are top notch, so much better then the large pharmacies CVS,Walgreens,Rite Aid so on. Working midnights I usually go to my doctors first thing in the morning after work. I’ll usually stop at I Pharmacy after and Rudy always has my prescriptions ready. I’m not one to leave reviews unless I feel strong about something.

Rudy saved me tonight! I had been trying all week to get my prescription filled at another pharmacy that was having issues getting it in stock. Well I’m now out of my medication completely and they tell me it is back ordered. So I gave iPharmacy a try and they had it in stock, called my other pharmacy to transfer the prescription and had it ready all before my toddler could throw a tantrum in the store! Thank you so much iPharmacy!

Rudy and his team are the absolute best! This is what a pharmacy is supposed to be. Rudy is an actual part of my health care team and an essential part. He works with me and my doctors to make sure I’m still around everyday and in moderate health!

Rudy has been a champion for people like me with chronic health conditions. He has no problem going to bat with insurance and physicians to make sure you are getting the care you need and deserve. He even makes sure my anxious dachshund gets his meds and at a very reasonable price.

I got my booster here today and I am so grateful to have this pharmacy in our neighborhood. Rudy and his team are working tirelessly to get as many people tested & vaccinated as possible. For those complaining about wait times, you are simply unrealistic. We are in the middle of the biggest surge of the virus yet and I see some ridiculous reviews left. They sound like a bunch of "Karens". We will always come back Rudy, you can count on us as a lifetime customer.

i Pharmacy is amazing. The first time I walked in Rudy said "Welcome to the family". Rudy has greeted me by name (Even with a mask), every time I have been in since. The rest of the staff is always super nice and helpful too.

I followed Rudy from one of the well known stores in Livonia. Rudy is very caring, knows what he's talking about in my opinion goes above and beyond for his customers. It amazes me that each customer that comes in he knows them by name. Very friendly environment.

The entire staff including Rudy the owner are doing amazing things for the community of Livonia. I reached out on Facebook, and their response time was like no other. Thanks to their amazing staff I was able to fit in for a covid vaccine. I can’t thank Rudy and his staff enough for the amount of professionalism and comfort they gave me. And from the looks of the of relief (at least in their eyes... because of the mask haha) on people’s faces that were in the waiting period post shot, I think they would agree with my assessment of this pharmacy too. Anyone looking for amazing customer service and such kind people then you definitely want to switch from the big chains and support this small business pharmacy. After looking all morning for testing kits, drop in centers or even scheduled appointments same day, I finally found this place. Very kind staff and apologetic about a 20 minute wait for my last minute scheduled appointment (they didn’t need to be). AND waiting only 20 minutes when they come to my car to do the testing was no problem! I’ve talked to so many people today who were short and sounded irritated. This place was so different! And I’m sure they are experiencing the same stress as all of the other places I contacted.

Rudy the pharmacist at Ipharmacy has been absolutly wonderful to me when I came in to rent a wheelchair back in July. They are so reasonable with their prices, only $20 for a whole week when other medical supply stores want to charge an arm and a leg for only 3 days! He spent extra time making sure that the foot pads were properly attached and he disinfected the wheelchair in front of me. Wonderful customer service! A+ experience. At Ipharmacy they really care about their customers. Super highly recommend.

By far the best customer service i have experienced anywhere! I enjoy getting my prescriptions, and i live about 20 minutes away. They seem to know all of their customers very well, and everyone enjoys that connection. Such a helpful place! I would definitely recommend Rudys iPharmacy to anyone.
