I purchased a whole house generator from Bratcher Electric in 2014 and their service and support has always been excellent, however, I am reviewing the company for another reason. My power went out from wind damage on Saturday and I was shocked and very upset because for the first time ever, the generator did not automatically come on and I am a new widow who was facing being in a dark home by myself. I called and left a panicked message on Bratcher’s emergency contact cell phone, and Mike Bratcher called me back within minutes. He then followed through on arranging for a service call to fix the generator! To make the whole situation even more special, the repairman fixed the generator and then said “no charge” whenI asked how much it would be! I am so grateful for and blessed by this whole experience, and I would recommend Bratcher Electric for any of your electrical needs!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. From Emily answering the call to Lucas and his apprentice coming out and fixing the problem. Within an hour and a half, the problem was diagnosed and rectified. What an absolute diamond in the rough to find on such short notice. Thank you all for your concern and help!

Kudos to Bratcher Electric! My wife and I just had a Kohler Generator installed by the crew at Bratcher. Chris and his partner (I'm sorry-I missed his name) worked from morning to night. It was a big job, but they treated our house as it was theirs, making sure they didn't make a big mess. Much appreciated. We had three companies give us bids for the generator. My wife felt the most comfortable with Mike Bratcher and his company. The owner came to our house to give us the bid himself. Personal service goes a long way today in our opinion. Called Family heating and electrical to have a portable generator transfer switch installed. Couldn’t get an estimate for six weeks. Called Bratcher and had an estimate within two weeks. The service professional, clean and on time. Alex took the time to teach me how to use the switch. Very happy with Bratcher Electric.

We have done business with Bratcher Electric since January 2016 at which time they took over the maintenance of our generator and that of my mother's. They have always provided polite, on-time, professional service, and we have always rated them a 5-star business. Last night (after business hours) they again proved their professionalism when my mother's power went out, and much to our surprise her generator did not go on. The owner returned our call within 5-10 minutes and had a service person out within an hour. The culprit - a battery which tested fine at our six month performance check. Bratcher had my mother's generator up and running within 25 minutes of arriving. Bratcher has earned their 5 star rating!

I had the privilege of meeting Mr Bratcher who visited my home for electrical work. Mr Bratcher was respectful of me and of my home, The next day Karen from the office called with the price and went over in full detail of the work that was being done after speaking with her and agreeing with price and job Mr Bratcher had his crew out in 3 days. The guys that did the work showed me everything along tbe way making sure it was just the way I wanted it. The crew was extremely professional and I felt they treated my home and property like it was their own personal property, one of the crew members even took time to polish of my washer and dryer because they was working above it.

Awesome experience with them. We had a 20k whole house generator installed. From the estimate, to the end of the install, they were a real pleasure to work with. Real customer service. They are coming at the end of the month to give us an estimate on a whole house attic fan.

Our generator needed major repair. The owner came over to give us a quote and explained exactly what needed repaired. The price was 1/2 of what the Kohler factory representative charged. They came out and charged $700+ to fix a few wires that the mouse chewed and it still didn't work. Thank you Bratcher. We are also on a schedule with them to check it out every year.

Phenomenal company!
Bratcher Electric installed my new electric box (in preparation for a new HVAC system) and two lights. Additionally, they also installed some safety upgrades. Their quote saved me significant money compared to another local electrician. Look forward to hiring Bratcher Electric again when I need more work done.

Approximately 15 years ago I hired Bratcher electric to install a Briggs & Stratton gas generator at my house. They have performed routine annual maintenance and service ever since. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I had water pooled in my electric box and I thought it was a leak on my roof. I called Bratcher, who I have used prior. They told me a lot of times the water comes from a frayed wire in my meter box outside... they were correct.

Not only did the guys do a great job they were very thorough and efficient! I can now sleep soundly again!
