Repairing my recall was quick and easy. But now my car has a vibration and noise it didn't have prior. I'm not sure what it is.
Also, while sitting and waiting, they texted me to say I had two issues that needed attention. They asked in the text if I wanted them to repair them. Naturally, I said no. I felt that if it was that important, they would come speak to me. I watched employees come in and out as they worked on vehicles. I saw other folks waiting to have a person come to them and speak with them about their vehicles.
I still found my visit to be great.

They haven't failed me yet! Great service, upfront pricing, accurate wait time estimates.

1st time that I used Boch to repair my navigation system date and time screens. Couldn't be repaired since a fix hadn't been defined by Honda for many models 10 years old and newer. Service man was courteous and clear in explaining the reason. No charge. I plan to use them in the future for maintenance.
