I had the pleasure of visiting Ulta Beauty, where I received exceptional assistance from a knowledgeable and courteous employee named Fatima. Her expertise in makeup was evident as she skillfully guided me in creating a complete makeup routine. Fatima's outstanding customer service skills made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such a genuinely kind and helpful staff member, and she has undoubtedly set a high standard for customer service at Ulta Beauty. I highly recommend Fatima for her exceptional service and expertise.

I was happy with my visit. One of the staff members was really patient and helpful with helping me find an affordable facial moisterizer and other things ☺I wish I had asked her name, thank you!!!

I only go in Ultra because of my 10 year old Granddaughter. She loves shopping in there. The ladies are always nice and helpful when we are in there. They always ask my Granddaughter if she needs help and they have gone out of the way to help her. ❤

I know how busy Ulta is on a Saturday but I took my mom there anyway to hopefully get some makeup help for her 60th high school reunion. We were so lucky to run into Rose who was working in the Clinique area, she was sooo sweet and helpful. She took the time to show mom the products, explain how they work & even applied the makeup so mom would look amazing for her reunion that night. All the employees were friendly & sweet telling mom how pretty she looked. Mom felt like a queen. I would highly recommend this store, it's always clean & well stocked and the employees are friendly & helpful, especially sweet Rose 💗

Came in looking for ax exfoliate and Johnathan directed me to this Clinique product. I have never had a product work so well on my face. No line went straight to the register and the store was pretty packed. Great customer service!

Every staff member is amazing but I wanna really say thank you to Lauren at the Beauty Bar! She’s absolutely amazing and so nice to talk to, I recommend everyone that needs their eyebrows done to go to her. She’s super thorough and makes sure everything is up to par. I will always come back to this ulta!!

I was there last week before my trip. I couldn't find some products but Sarah helped me so much. She is so kind and even went out of her way to grab the things I needed herself. She is so sweet, so welcoming and she was asking anyone she passed if they needed help. She also helped me with recommendations for specific types of make up brands, very knowledgeable on make up and where everything is. Thank you so much Sarah!!!

Finally getting to writing a review a month or so after my hair appointment with Ivana- she was absolutely fabulous! My hair is long, very frizzy, and fine & I went in wanting a change to my hair color going into the winter season. I brought a few photo examples & Ivana was able to exceed my expectations!
Prior to my appointment, I was running very late & Ivana was still able to accommodate- getting me completed & out of her chair on time which I really appreciated. During my appointment, Ivana made sure to walk me through the entire process of what she would be doing to my hair- which made me feel very comfortable & excited for her to give me my much needed hair makeover. My hair now feels so healthy and the color is beautiful. She even gave me a lot of helpful tips on treatments and products to help build up my hair’s elasticity and strength. Also on how to preserve the color of my highlights until I need a touch-up. I’ll definitely be back to see her in a few months for a touch-up (and maybe a new hair color?!)

Had an amazing experience to get my hair highlighted. Was greeted and taken back to start by Ivana. I had asked for some highlights after not having my hair died/highlighted in years she did an amazing job, definitely a confidence booster, I love my hair and the customer service she provided! 10/10 definitely recommend!! I got my hair done here recently and was very happy with the result. I really like Angela. She was very professional, did a wonderful job, and overall was just an enjoyable person to be around. Highly recommend her services.

Now, the store itself is fine. I've never had a poor customer experience and I'm always asked if I can be helped.

Most of the time is issue with this store is with customers. This is not a place for kids to run around the store without consequence (granted, they probably let their kid run around anywhere, but seriously people, I don't want to deal with your "precious angel" screaming and pulling everything off a shelf because YOU refuse to deal with them). It's a public place. You should seriously watch your kid more closely.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted as soon as entering the shop, and received the assistance I needed to find a foundation that is a perfect fit for my lifestyle. The makeup artist was all around very knowledgeable and gave my friend and I his honest opinions on specific products. This location has a great selection of products from a variety of brands in stock. Would definitely return to shop here for all of my cosmetic needs.

Elizabeth, the manager, was extremely helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provided product suggestions and recommendations for my needs.

Alexandra in the salon is absolutely amazing! I have been trying for YEARS to get a specific color done right, and everyone I've ever gone to has told me they couldn't do it. Well, Alexandra did! Not only did she provide me with a beautiful cut and color, she was also so easy to talk to and made me feel totally comfortable. I will only be getting my hair done by her from now on. I've finally found a stylist I can trust! I wish I could give her 10 stars because she was so awesome!

my daughter and I love LAUREN, she is so happy and energetic with every visit. She takes pride in her work and makes her clients feel very comfortable!!! Her soul is truly beautiful!!!
I also recently had my hair done by Ivana with one visit she explained everything that I needed to know about my hair!!! She also made me feel extremely comfortable sitting in her chair, along with her spunky attitude and straight-up honesty. Ivana also has a beautiful soul! I will continue to sit in her chair.

I have been going to Ulta for years, it is one of my favorite stores. I recently just started coming to the Allen Park location more often. The staff is so sweet especially Melina! She is fabulous and doesn't tell you a product to use that she personally wouldn't use or doesn't think is good. I have recently come in and she hasn't been there that often so I will leave because I only trust her to sell me things. She is amazing! Thank you Melina for your Amazing customer service!

Usually has everything I need. Today I went in and purchased makeup remover wipes. Bought 2 in a B1G1 sale, the last two. I paid for everything and at the door when I was giving my daughter one pack and saw that it had a tear in the bag. It took a little work to straighten it out but I went home happy. They are delivering two packs of wipes, to my home, no shipping charge! Cool as hell. I love this store!!
