Went and picked up a prescription from the Croswell location for 2 days in a row. Both days they were extremely friendly and very helpful!!

Always amazing service and they always put up with my repeated calls from my OCD trying to find out when my next script will be in period wonderful bunch of people working there

Always a pleasure going here. The employees are very well behaved polite courteous at all times.. And they will go out of the way for you for you when you need it.

They are very good about sending me a text when I have scripts ready for pick up. One thing...they are NOT open on weekends...their website info needs to be updated...it states they are open 9 to 5 on Sat and Sunday.

Zero accommodation to customer convenience. Terrible store hours. Especially the Croswell location - store hours listed on the web are wrong.

Service is horrible unless they need to come check your equipment-service which is taking a rag and wiping off lightly 3 minutes $75 or more. My machine broke and they asked do you really need oxygen now? Oh no come when it’s convenient for you HELLO yes I need it!!!

My family and I have been going here for years but.not after today. Extremely rude and inconsiderate if you don't like dealing with people which is a huge part of your job then step aside and let someone that does want.to do it. We're in the country it's not uncommon to not hear every word and to be ignorant because someone ask you politely what you said is not a reason for sarcasm
