My tax service experience has been very good for the 10 plus years and receive helpful tax deductible tips.

Although Bev was kind and professional our 2020 tax return filing were a mess, forms forgotten, we gave her income that was left out, taxes filed incorrectly and as of November 2022 we are still trying to untangle this mess. Our initial taxes were done incorrectly she had us paying over $2K, once I reviewed myself, I had to tell her they were incorrect she then filed an amendment that according to the IRS was still filed incorrectly we are still trying to get our correct refund amount back. When you pay someone over $300 to file your returns, you expect for things to be properly done or at least for mistakes to be caught on their end.
Will not be using again.
