It's always the best experience when i go here!! The holiday selections on the Coffees are amazing, and the Bragels are just Top notch yummy. This place has my soul, lol.. My daughter and i Love Biggby Coffee ❤❤💖💖💖 Your staff is always very sweet and willing to answer sometimes the difficult question, and there is always a solution to a coffee mixture. I'd rate you a 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

From their friendly Baristas, to their delicious menu items, to their friendly, welcoming atmosphere, my wife and I rate this Biggby as one of the best we’ve ever visited! A great addition to the St.Joseph community.

A friend of mine and I went to Biggby Coffee so we could have a quiet place to visit a while. It was a good time of good company and great coffee. I had a hot coffee with vanilla, cinnamon, and honey. The staff was great! When I didn't know what to order, I asked if they had anything with cinnamon, and that's what they recommended. It was delicious.😋

Love this location. Biggby is not my favorite drink, but this location is cozy, quiet and in my opinion the epitome of what a coffee cafe should be. Excellent for having a drink over conversation and you don't have to yell to be heard. Or reading a book, or doing some remote work. I go here often and love it.

SERVPRO hosted a meeting for 15. We ordered the #5 Catering Combo and it was the perfect amount with leftovers. Staff handles these orders very well.

I'm an avid Starbucks customer, but over here in rural Michigan they are hard to find. I'm becoming a fan of Biggby and am stoked that they are starting to open more locations so I can grab a good latte in any of our beach towns. Thanks, Biggby.

Absolutely love how low key and quiet this is. The employees always give their best recommendations if you don't know what to order. Enjoy the atmosphere of this place in general and the coffee gets me going for the entire day. No complaints

Of course Biggby is a chain, so you probably already know what you're getting. The servers at St. Joe Biggby are always cheerful, helpful and responsive. Drinks come exactly as they should, so skills much be up-to-par too. My only knock is that I wish Biggby (the chain) carried more sugar-free flavors, and I wish this location had a drive-thru or an order-from-phone and someone will bring to your car option. But all in all, these are tetchy little things, can't fault this location with either - so, it's worth a visit if you are in St. Joe and need a little pick-me-up! Biggby coffee is, IMHO, far superior to Starbucks (Starbucks always has a bit of a burnt flavor to their roasts, IMHO; Biggby does not).

Staff here is always fun to interact with. My last visit I ordered a custom drink and got double the flavor syrup just for asking. Great place for coffee if you've had a rough day.

Always super friendly service and a great selection of drinks. They are also willing to work with you and customize something for you. Biggby is also a strong community supporter. I just wish some of the seasonal roasts could be made year long.

Good coffee that is located near work, nothing too special. The employees are very friendly and are very quick to make a drink. This location also ha a back room which is nice for group meetings away or for a quiet place away from home to get some work done.

There is always a friendly greeting, no matter which barrista are working. Love getting coffee and lattes here, a local chain store, but tastes great regardless. WiFi works well, comfortable setting and even has a bit of outdoor seating.

We generally hit this place during off season times. Been there many times and the orders have always been correct, even special orders. Bathrooms and facility are clean. It's location is just far enough from town to not be swamped but close enough to still walk where you need to. I would recommend this place.

I've been here a few times in the last month or so, they always seem busy but get drinks out to customers in a reasonable amount of time. This place is a local favorite, you are bound to meet people from all over the area here. The staff work great together under pressure, and are generally busy and well mannered. The menu seems limited, because many items are not displayed. But you can order any standard drink. If you are a bit of a coffee connoisseur you'll be pleased to know they make a great ristretto macchiato. The place is nearly always clean, despite how busy they are. However only a few of the tables have access to power outlets, and at the time of this review they limit the use of their wifi to 2-hours. Overall definitely a solid 4.5 starts.

The customer service is top quality! Everyone was so nice and friendly, I literally had never been in a Biggby Coffee before and I didn’t know what to get they were so helpful!

Super friendly staff and a nice, clean, inviting space with a group room in the back of the store. The wifi worked well and my bagel was great! We'll definitely be back.

Never disappoints. The staff is always polite, friendly and fast. Earl Grey Latte is my go-to comfort order. Yum!
