I have been to the Chaska location several times. I have had different experiences depending on who is working. I have had some younger girls who are not very helpful at all. However, Anytime Victoria is working, I leave feeling satisfied. She is kind and knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure you get what you need and that it's correct for what you are doing. She's not just in ot for the sale. If you have any questions about your beauty products, I highly recommend chatting with her!

I came to this location completely clueless about bleaching my hair and putting in a fun color. Kelli was so helpful and took me to everything I needed and explained thoroughly how to use the products and even how to care for my hair since bleaching is so damaging. She was very helpful to me. Thanks Kelli!

I had the best service ever from Victoria. It was my first time in the store, and I will be back because of her. She took her time with me even though I came in 15 min prior to closing. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
