Lover's Lane

I wasn’t planning on stopping into the store because I was about to begin a 9+ hour drive to see my girlfriend. But I decided to stop in and see I could find something to surprise my girlfriend with. I was approached by two staff members (one being a manager), Heather and Ashley. Both of them were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. After everything was said and done, I was happy with my overall purchase. Ashley and Heather even showed me the perks of Lovers Lane’s coupon book and gave me a sizing card for future purchases. Definitely will be back again, especially because of Ashley and Heather giving + 1% when it comes to customer service!

Liv or Liz (sorry) was a tremendous help in looking for what I needed and never stopped helping me! She was amazing and has wonderful people skills! Best costumer service I ever got and she made me feel like everything there was possible for me to wear since I'm plus size!

Sale representative Sam was amazing! I’ve been to the southgate store multiple times but this trip was by far the best. Sam was really attentive to what I was looking for and wasn’t at all pushy or overbearing throughout my shopping experience. Even with little help and multiple customers, she made sure to provide attention and proper assistance to everyone in the store! Thank you again Sam!

I love to be sexy and to keep my fiance happy. Lover's Lane has everything we need to keep the love alive in the bedroom! We went in to purchase a new toy for a naughty night we had planned. We where surprisingly greeted with a very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They helped us gather all the perfect components for our night. The girls showed us the perfect toy called the "Wevibe". Which I highly recommend for any couple! It's rechargeable and can be operated by buttons on the toy, a little remote and it evens has an app for phones that acts as a remote! We where able to find the perfect restraint system for our needs. It goes under the mattress and can be tucked away to keep it hidden until the mood strikes! They even had a fetish bondage kit that we both love! Lastly, I was able to try on all different styles of lingerie till I found the perfect one that fits both of our tastes perfectly! The staff had an answer for every off the way question I threw their way. If you're looking for an "adult store" that has everything including a comfortable environment and a knowledgeable staff, then Lover's Lane is just the place for you!

I love looking at all the neat stuff and pretty outfits. I was 478 lbs and could never fit into anything . And now after 2 yrs I am down to 241 lbs. And starting to b comfortable to wear your products.. thank u..

This store is seriously my favorite...Walked in, not sure what to get, walked out with something amazing! :) Staff was perfect; knowledgable and informational. Store was clean and well put together...tons of lingerie (in A L L sizes), toys, and other fun things. Def the place to go when you want to spice things up a bit in the bedroom! Don't walk...RUN to Lover's Lane!!

Im not very comfortable picking out lingerie for my wife, but Lover's Lane was AWESOME. They walked me through everything and she loved what I got her. I definitely recommend it to my friends.

I sent my man Rob in there for some panties and a new toy I knew he would have a hard time doing it. But he said the young lady there is soo helpful and so nice
