Simone was super helpful, nice, and willing to grab shoes from the back. Also, the place is nice and so are the shoes.

The sales associate Brian was very helpful with my Birkenstock purchase and even suggested a product that will help keep my Birkenstocks nicer for longer! I really appreciated the effort and attention. I went to the store next-door to buy Birkenstocks initially because that’s where I saw them first but I left because nobody greeted me when I got there and when I walked into journeys I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady and helped out by Brian. Thank you!!

A great shop with young and helpful staff. The store has some great exclusive shoes and a large variety. My girls love their new shoes.

Yesterday (11/11) I had an amazing experience at this Journeys location! I walked in and was immediately greeted (even complimented) & had staff ask twice if I needed assistance. Each staff that did also gave me their own personal recommendations on the Vans I was looking at. Chatting with them made for a great time! I believe it was Tyler who we chatted with the most & rang us up - he was extremely personable & loved hearing about his Vans collection!

Went looking for Converse and found what we wanted, but in the wrong size. Alex helped us out, got the right size ordered and upsold me some awesome glow-in-the-dark socks.

Went in to get some shoes for school and found some on sale. Max was very helpful and kind. He had great energy, too.

All the sales people here are wonderful friendly and helpful! One who stood out in particular was Tyler! Super funny guy who’s helped me find not only the right shoe for me but also what size I needed! Incredibly knowledgeable about the brands/sizes/ etc. An amazing sales man hands down!

Although we did not buy anything, my girlfriend and I were welcomed right away by a friendly smile and awesome purple-ish colored hair. We were looking for some specific shoes and just happened to stop by to check things out, when the staff member walked over to us and offered up some help. They complimented my earrings and my girlfriends outfit and were more than willing to provide help to find the shoes we were looking for even though it meant we wouldn’t be shopping at Journeys. It was a short encounter but my girlfriend and I had so many poor customer service experiences at a number of stores at MOA and the minute we walked into Journeys, it was nothing but kindness. 10/10

The day I went their computers weren't working. The employee tried his best to help anyone that he could. They stayed upbeat and helpful. I already knew exactly what I needed so just waited until they were able to open. Helpful staff.

Sykora helped us and she was nice, helpful and greeted us immediately. We had spent time in other shoe stores that day at MOA and it was awesome to have such wonderful customer service. I was asked to provide feedback on Journey's website but couldn't figure out where to do it - so hope this suffices!

I had an amazing experience shopping at journey today! The workers were so nice and really gave a great experience. I had such a good time that I went to the store 2 times and bought shoes both times. LOVE LOVE LOVE great shop!

I have been looking for a pair of non-leather dressy shoes for a while and found the perfect ones here! The new manager was helpful and attentive from the beginning, will definitely come back again if I get the chance.

Madline ( I think that’s how u spell it) and Lai ( I think her real name is Klaila) they gave the best costumer Service I have ever got in my life they were welcoming and super nice and gave great smiles and had a great sense of humor and encourage me to buy the shoes without being passive aggressive I came out spending money and not even being mad about it they are seriously a great asset to your organization and I will be coming back because of them!!!!!!

great experience here, definitely my favorite journeys store I’ve been to, employees were helpful but not pushy, Peter is the best, be like Peter.

Visiting from Chicago, Logan made our shopping experience great and was very accommodating with helping to make sure my hat of choice fit correctly. Would highly recommend!!!

Nice store has a wide variety and a lot of different brands a good prices. Staff is super nice and friendly and willing to help with anything.
