Outstanding Service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. World of Floors have done two of our homes now. Hardwood Flooring and Carpet in the first house and Vinyl Plank and Carpet for the second home. Both homes turned out flawless. Definitely recommend calling these guys for your flooring needs!

Great flooring and pricing

Very nice flooring store! A lot of products to look at. The girl that was helping me was very nice and knowledgeable.

I found Deidra, the sales associate, to be such a friendly, helpful person. I look forward to working with her in the near future.

I was excited to order carpet for our baby's room from them they were good about coming out to measure and calling back quick with cost however I had to call after 3 weeks (mid April) from when I had ordered the carpet to see when it was coming in. Was told carpet was expected in the next day that someone would call me the following Monday to set up an installation date. No on ever called to set up installation date, I called left a message to have someone call me backafter a few days of no word. After 2 weeks of not hearing from someone we decided to go elsewhere for our carpet. I just received a call yesterday to call back to set up an installation then a call today saying they plan to come tomorrow to install. I wished it had worked out but with baby being due in the next 7 weeks and not being able to get the room finished until we had carpet, we couldn't wait around for them any longer. I'll add the young girl that was in there doesn't come off very friendly either, the other two people I had dealt with seemed very friendly and nice. My advice give yourself a few months before you need it of you order here.

Stopped in on a Tuesday after a referral from a family friend. Store was clean. Discussed what I needed with the associate. My information was taken down and they said someone would call me when they got back. Called back Friday after no call back, there was no answer and left a message. Now a week later from my initial visit and still no call back. I guess need to shop elsewhere?

UPDATE: 2 yrs later I have seams showing where they pieced the carpeting...NOT HAPPY!!!
More flooring choices available BUT the installer contracted by World of Floors, Fuzzy Side Up, has been a NIGHTMARE and this place has NOT bothered to make it right even after multiple phone calls to the store manager and owner. Don't bother buying from them they don't follow thru on complaints or stand behind their installations!

Do not buy from these guys. They left my floor undone, with waves and bubbles in it. They would not come fix it, or even give me a receipt. I’m currently considering small claims court.

I would not recommend this company, they are very unprofessional. Did a poor job, and didn’t fix the problem.
