Rite Aid

I had to double check those reviews were from the correct store. Today was my first time here and they were very friendly and pleasant in the pharmacy. In fact, the girl at the front was nice, too.

I've been going to my Rite-Aid store for many years. They have always been very helpful and very pleasent very friendly!!!!

The staff is friendly at check out but does not greet you when you enter.

Although the pharmacy did have my prescription that I had to run around town for. Denise the pharmacy technician, was extremely rude, arrogant and acted like I was a problem because my information was not in her system. So she had to hand write it all. My bad. Needs an attitude adjustment.

I went through the drive thru today to get at home Covid test the 1st lady that can to the window was very rude and not helpful at all. I have been going to this rite aide for years and have always had a good experience. She made me not want to go to that rite aide anymore.

The ladies are super nice in the pharmacy and ran my insurance. A man (did not get his name), took my insurance card and did not run it and put a coupon on instead of my insurance. I was charged more for the original script than the refill. They would not help me since it has to be within 7 days. The original guy for sure took my insurance card and did not use it. Something is sketchy with this Rite-Aid. I highly suggest just going to your closest Walmart or Meijer.

Worst pharmacy to go to and highly do not recommend! I been using this rite aid for years but these last 6-12 months they have messed up me and my son's prescriptions multiple times. I have had a OD because of their mess up and then being lazy by not doing what the Dr ordered. There has also been multiple times I haven't gotten the prescriptions that my Dr has ordered such as just this last time. I am now in the process of looking for a new more professional pharmacy for me and my son to go to. I am highly disappointed in this place.

Pharmacy technicians always have an attitude. Probably the worst pharmacy in Saginaw for customer service. I was given the wrong medicine then blamed by their staff for their mistake.

Wish I could give a negative 5 stars. This store has the worst pharmacy. I even called corporate headquarters, was told the district manager would call me, that was last week. I wish they would do something about this store. Oh well, some things never change. Maybe protesting out front might draw media attention but doubtful because it doesn't fit the narrative of the local news stations.

Wow your bathroom is disgusting!

Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist will interrupt you and act like he is better than you.

Staff is usually rude.. Especially in the pharmacy.
