Wonderful family owned repair/tire shop. Been coming here for years. Staff is very friendly! They will take great care of your vehicle! No need to go anywhere else.

Ben and his wife are VERY good people, they've been kind and helpful every time we go there. Once my wife broke down close to Big Ben's and she went there and they loaned her their car to come home and get me because I worked 3rd shift and didn't answer the phone. In my book that makes them good people!

I've been going here for years. Honestly was worried when Ben stepped down. however they have kept their prices low and they are still super friendly.

Best prices around the cedar area so figured I'd give them a shot. Top notch communication and they got tires in the same day and mounted. Needed 2 valve stems rebuilt and they fixed those as well. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your tire needs. Thanks BIG BEN!

Really nice people, came in and needed a new tire on the spot, it ended up going flat a couple hours later which stranded me, I called back the next day and they gladly re funded me and helped me out. Again really nice people, and the dogs in the store were sweethearts

Only shop I've seen that actually torqued rims by hand. These guys know what their doin.

I had a flat tire just before my Dr appointment, I put air in it, and I could see a nail in it. After my appointment I brought my car to you and y'all fixed it very quickly and didn't even charge me for it. Absolutely wonderful ❤

The staff at Big Ben’s including the owner are very helpful and kind. I have been taking my SUV here the last 3 years (I have always been skeptical of mechanics lying to me because I am a female and that has happened a lot to me at other shops in the past) and they have never let me down. I just got my power steering rack and tie rods replaced.. then started hearing a noise that scared me but I knew the last thing and only thing I have not replaced are the struts and shocks. They also let me know this but I told them I didn’t have the money quite yet and needed to hold off. Ben took the time to drive my SUV today because I was worried it was something from the repair they just did. He also took the time to show me the bad parts and explained why it was bad. If you are a kind customer and report anything accurately and timely (LIKE YOU SHOULD) you will be treated like gold here. I’m not sure I’ll ever take my vehicles elsewhere at this point. Excellent service! I highly recommend.

Good folks. After I bought a set of tires here one of my wheels flew off my rim because instead of going right back for a re-torque I waited til I got home and it wasn't tight enough. They came out to the opposite end if the county to chase the threads clean on my lugs so we could get the wheel back on and squared away. They have great deals on oil changes when you bring your vehicle in for a rotation.

I needed a new trailer tire a day before I needed my trailer. Called Big Bens - The ladies were super helpful, they got the tire ordered for me in no time. Not only did they get it in on such short notice, it was the cheapest place (even compared to places in GR) in the area for a more durable ply. They got me in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back for my future tire needs and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so so so much for such a painless and affordable experience!

I bought some tires and REALLY needed them put on and balance to and thy gave me a BETTER deal than anyone else plus had 18 lug nuts for my truck .Now thy not only told me thy were bad ,but showed me all the bad lug nuts so i could see for myself .Now that is GOOD,THANKS again and merry Christmas . And once again I use their services and they gave me one heck of a deal. I just don't understand why people don't use them. I just don't understand why they're not so busy

I bring my vehicle here whenever a light pops up. They check it and give me the honest answer. They get me in quickly and fix it. They have honest prices and are wonderful to work with. Everyone in the shop are friendly and kind. They work with you on pricing and what’s in your best interest.

Update on my review, they are willing to take the time to look at my rim and see about getting a new one. Very satisfied. Most places will not do these things anymore hence the reason I just left a review because I felt defeated before I tried but these guys still run a great business where they care about their customers.

When I called and told them I was having a tire problem, Big Ben came out to my home immediately to check my tires! Talk about impressed! I needed a new set and these folks bent over backwards to get my Jeep in the same day. I was fortunate to meet them and everyone was absolutely fabulous! I even got new wiper blades installed...and a free calendar. This is my new all service tire and repair shop! Thank you to the staff at Big Ben's!!
