It's a great Starbucks the drinks are well made the service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is good but the chairs and other furniture could use an upgrade. That can now do Blonde roast all day!

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Kalamazoo. The service here is always extremely friendly and helpful, and food and drinks are always good. In this day when so many food places have gone downhill, I'm very glad this one is still good.

Clean and spacious. Has a drive through as well. We went inside and the staff was super friendly. They also have board games for kids

Furthermore, I was pleased to find that the establishment's cleanliness was well-maintained. Both the bathrooms and the dining area were spotless, reflecting the attention to detail that Starbucks maintains in ensuring a hygienic environment for its customers.

One noteworthy feature that caught my attention was the presence of the "Board Game Station." This creative addition to the store offers a compelling opportunity for customers to engage in friendly competition and enjoy some quality time while savoring their favorite Starbucks beverages. It's a fantastic idea that adds a touch of uniqueness to the dining experience. I hope this concept becomes a trend in more Starbucks locations, as it could help revitalize the often underutilized dining areas, which mostly remain empty due to the prevalence of drive-through and pickup orders.

Clean Store with welcoming staff, and a Drive through. The store was clean and tidy and coffee was made right. Bathrooms we're clean and maintained. Store closes at 9pm

I was getting sick from my green tea drink at other locations so I had to stop getting me tea (which was upsetting because it’s my most favorite drink ever) until I started going to this location. Every single time I do hear they make it perfectly! I now go here every day before class! I have never so consistently experienced such great service- the staff is all super nice, they make my drink PERFECTLY every time and it’s so quick! Thank you!!!

Only used drive thru. Got what was expected and normal great Latte.

We stopped for lunch break on our way to Detroit. Good selection of sandwiches and coffee. The staff was great and super helpful!

Someone walked off with my mobile order but barista replaced it quickly after she remembered making it earlier. Just a short wait as a result.

I went to pick up my order at about 11:45am today (11/15/22) they made sure I had the correct cups that I ordered and then got me my coffee, I didn't realize I messed up my own order when using the app, I apologized and the kind lady in the window fixed my coffee without hesitation and was so nice. She said some very kind words to me this morning and really went above & beyond. It's not often you come across workers like that and she really made my day! I'm only in the area for a very short time but I will definitely be stopping by again soon

So I asked if they could make a vanilla bean frapp with the new Irish syrup and they made me the CUTEST sample and THEN they had so much leftover they GAVE ME the rest ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ forever my new favorite Starbucks location.

Starbucks tends to be fairly consistent with fresh food, delicious drinks, and friendly baristas. On our visit to this Starbucks there was a very nice person helping us. Fast friendly service. Thanks!

The sweetest older lady was doing solo drive thru, she was as sweet as a peach taking my order! i am a former partner and we were talking it up and realized she knew an older coworker of mine and it was so nice! also, good latte of course :)

Great place to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee. Good blueberry muffin. Parking gets challenging. The drive thru line backs up and blocks the parked cars from getting out for a while.

The staff at this location are friendly and fast. The inside is large and roomy so it never feels too crowded. Really like the location...easy to stop here then jump on the highway.

Best one yet! Made my drink correctly, and it was delicious. It is amazing how many starbucks make my drink wrong. So this place gets 5 stars from me.

Love the new store off of 9th street super clean inside!! The outside seating has more than any of the other stores in this location. The partners are all really kind!

I always stop at this location on my way between Chicago and Detroit. The espresso is consistently fantastic! Thank you for your polite and friendly service as well! 😀
