This is hands down the absolute best paint and this location has fantastic employees. Each and every project I have the associate Jon is so helpful. From recommending the latest color to explaining what finish to use and why is so valuable. This is by far a premium product that is easy to apply and looks fantastic.

I had a whole house renovation and very complicated painting project. Sam the owner was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice for different colors and finishes. All items were readily stocked and prepared same day and delivered in the evening. Prices were very reasonable even for premium paints. Very happy with the finished product. This Ferndale store has become my go-to location over the past year. I can look at paint colors online, swatch it on a wall, and decide on a color but to pick a paint formula, know the exact supplies to buy and feel confident on what supplies is needed, that's another situation gratefully, the staff here are friendly and able to ensure I have what is needed for my project. I especially want to recognize Jon for his excellent customer service. Among overseeing the store, customers and phones by himself this particular evening, he promptly greeted each customer, was friendly and exceptionally patient as I asked questions about the different contrast, and formulas. Jon was very knowledgeable about what paint formula would be best. He was happy to explain the differences and even helped me figure out the best deal for my purchase. I felt confident in his recommendations and it made at least the paint aspect of my current project that much easier. I will definitely be back to this location for my next project.

Painting is difficult, but the service here helps make it easier. They have anything you need to get the job done for professionals and home owners. Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff that will remember your name if your in frequently for an ongoing project. Highly recommend over a large box hardware store for your painting needs. I utilized the online ordering feature through the Benjamin Moore website and was very beneficial. The order was ready much faster than anticipated and waiting for me when arriving to the store.
