Love this store!! Always clean and well merchandised. Team members always greet and offer assistance every time I’m there. Lu in grooming is a total rockstar!! She’s always loving on my babies and making sure they aren’t too stressed as I leave them to be groomed. And they always look amazing when she’s done! Plus she has to listen to my Husky mix howling the ENTIRE time she’s there. Best pet store in town!!!!

This was our first visit ever and we had a great experience. The employee that was available finished up with another customer and came right to us. We used the self wash dog area and she told us how to use it and asked if we had any questions. We were very happy!

Love shopping here. The fenced in dog run is really nice for potty breaks!

I had so much fun washing Bernie here! We were in the middle stall with two giant dogs getting washed on either side! They all enjoyed it! Apron, towels, shampoo water sprayer snd dryer all within reach! Great time! We bought the package and saved $

By far in many ways the best pet store in the muskegon area. The tanks are mot overstocked, they have a great selection for reptiles and fish, which is uncommon for the size of the store. The staff is increadibly friendly and helpful. When looking at fish they are also knowledgeable about habitation and care. They also have retired breeders as betas which is nice to see, they are all take care of well and in pristine water. 10/10 would recomend

Had to do a pick up of 2 big bore track aquariums, and the workers helped me load them in my car and we’re very helpful while I was in the store also.

Got both my Skinny Pigs from here, about a month apart. (Please don't mind the playpen. Their house was being cleaned.) They are both very sweet and bonded pretty quickly.
The staff is so friendly as well.

Very welcoming and friendly everytime. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for. Items purchased included conure seeds and peanuts, grain free raw cat food (this stuff is amazing)and a cute little red collar for our new kitten. Checkout girls were fast and friendly.

The young lady helped my daughter return an item we didn’t think we could.

I have a highly anxious and sometimes reactive dog. I wanted to get him professionally bathed/groomed for the first time and he was terrified. Every employee was very sweet and wanted to help when I came in and saw that he was clearly nervous, and the groomer (Alicia I believe) was willing to do whatever he needed and was so incredibly patient and attentive. She listened to his body language and made sure not to push him too far and wanted to build a relationship with him so he would be more comfortable coming back. I shopped around while he was getting groomed and they have a great selection of products in a very clean store. I will absolutely be coming back for any pet needs!

Everyone we visit the Norton Shores location, it's a great experience. The customer service, and cleanliness is wonderful. I recently, for the first time had my furr babies(dogs) seen at their groomers. It was their first time at a professional groomers. And they did an absolute fantastic job. My furr babies were so calm when I got there for pickup. I would definitely recommend this location for ALL your pets needs.

They have great customer service. I've never had to carry a bag of dog food out to my car - someone always offers to do it (I don't even have to ask for help). They also have a great selection of products for both our dog and our fish. So glad to have them here!

I cancelled all of my Chewy orders because the level of customer service this store provides is worth supporting a local business! I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to shop here. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely insist on carrying the dog food out to your car even though you may be completely capable yourself. The store is always so clean and even the fish tanks are clean with no dead fish floating around. I love that the owner is always there getting to know his customers also. SUPPORT THIS STORE!!

I have been there twice now, and each time I have had employees come up to me and help me with anything I may need. I mostly go there for the fishsupplies, and I'm so glad that the tanks look well cleaned and cared for! Unlike other pet stores, these tanks look super clean and healthy and there are never dead fish in the tanks!
I recently got my newest Betta fish and some snails from there, and they're still perfectly fine! I also got my plants there and they all seem perfectly healthy!

This is my absolute favorite pet store! Ive been shopping here for over a year and I will only go to another pet store if I absolutely need to! The staff is so friendly and is always paying attention to ask if I need any assistance! I highly recommend if you have and furry or scale-y ones at home☺
