Very happy with the care my husband received. He checked in on line, got in quickly and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable with great bedside manner.

Took my daughter here this morning after she fell and hurt her ankle and knee. The web site said a 31 minute wait time, but when we got there, there was only one person ahead of us. So we got called back within 5 minutes after we were checked in. Everyone there was nice, especially Michelle, the X Ray tech. I highly recommend this place.

I was fortunate to have no wait time when taking my daughter in for a suspected UTI. Once back in the room and a urine sample was requested my daughter was unable to go. Alexis and Tori/Toni (I apologize I can't remember which) were absolutely incredible! They were patient, kind and friendly with both me and my daughter. They got water for my daughter and I reassured us we could take as long as we needed and offered crayons and coloring pages to my daughter. My daughter mentioned she wanted to see outside and Tori/Toni took the time to open the blinds for her. I felt like a human here and not a number! Dr. Ezzat was also attentive, kind, caring and patient! Thank you from the bottom of this Mama's heart for the care given to my daughter and myself today. ❤

Reading a lot of these reviews had me VERY nervous about taking my son to be seen here but my insurance referred me here so this was my only option and I'm SO glad I went. From checking in, to seeing the doctor & leaving (the whole process from beginning to end took probably a whole 45 minutes) everything was perfect. Everyone was very kind and courteous, the nurses were very nice and seemed very happy to do their job. I would definitely recommend Sparrow Urgent Care in East Lansing to everyone.

Today I had easily the best urgent care interaction I've ever had. Every employee was friendly and seemed to really care - from the check in person, the Medical Assistant, the Physician's Assistant, and the X-Ray technician. All first rate. No wait, in and out in about 45 minutes, I can't thank them enough. I live in a rural area and the local location had at least 15 people waiting. I'm glad I made the drive, and I'll do it again.

The care that my daughter received today was outstanding! Her doctor was professional, well qualified and had an excellent bed side manor. The gal that came in to take blood was also very polite and personable. I would recommend others to come to this Urgent Care. As a parent with two daughters at MSU and a hour away from them, this is the only place I feel safe sending them to.

The staff was polite, kind, helpful and truly a pleasure to deal with!

Wonderful experience! My 13-year-old son needed stitches above his eyebrow. They got us right in. The two nurses, Megan and Melissa, were very sweet and went above and beyond. They made my son son feel comfortable. They were quick but also very thorough and we were out the door in only an hour. Outstanding service and would highly recommend!

I was really nervous coming here because of all the negative reviews, but I had a great experience! It was the best care I've gotten since I moved to MI five months ago. Lydsey was my nurse, she was great, super nice and listened to my problems and concerns. Took all my information and vitals accurately. Then I was seen by Dr. Laurie Brush, she was fantastic as well! She listened to me, did a thorough check of everything and she answered all my questions. She was also super nice. I would definitely recommend going here, I know I'll be going back next time I need urgent care.

We went to the Urgent Care on a Sunday night at 7pm with deep cut on our son's forearm. We saw a nurse practitioner who was very friendly and helpful to our nervous son. She ended up having to glue the cut but informed him of each step of the process as she joked and kept him calm. Our check out was very easy and we, again, had a friendly staff member. They were not busy so we were out in an hour after our arrival. Except the fact that we were at Urgent Care to be "repaired", the experience was very good. I would recommend Sparrow Urgent Care in East Lansing.

We have always received excellent care at this location! Thank you! Recently, my 7 yo daughter needed 6 stitches between her toes. She was very scared. The doctor and nurse were very calm and understanding. They did excellent with her!!

Anytime I needed to be treated urgently, I was seen by the staff at this place, treated, and prescribed medication. Very caring staff and I never had any problems, and wait times were never long especially considering it is a walk-in urgent care and they have to tend to the extreme needs of other individuals. Highly recommend.

When I came in the staff all seemed to care about what was going on. They were all very friendly and gave suggestions about possible fixes that I should talk to my doctor about. The wait was about an hour because there were more urgent cases in front of me, but other than that I had a great experience.

Always kind and caring, while busy and through every emergency the stafd still smile and laugh with you while remaining professional and courdious! 100x better than lansing urgent care!!

Dr.Lopez was very nice and polite, explained things very thoroughly before I left. Wait time was reasonable, as it is an urgent care, and everyone will require different amounts of time. Everyone from start to finish were very friendly.

Took my daughter there and they were very nice. Patient. Not rushed during our visit. Our wait time was a little long but well worth it.

Super nice staff. Very friendly and warm. Put me to ease. The wait time was appropriate for a Sunday. It was a relief they had extended hours on Sunday. Once I was placed in an exam room I was quickly seen.

The staff at Sparrow Urgent Care East Lansing was great. Randy was extremely kind and considerate, and he took the time to thoroughly address my mother's medical concerns!

The intake was a bit slow due to slow computers but that's nothing new.

I've been here twice and both times the service was great. The doctor was thorough and had a pleasant bedside manner. The only downside is that this location is so far from where we live but for the service it's worth it.
