Duffy's Tavern & Grill

Duffy's is a pleasant surprise. The bar area appears ample and looked welcoming to patrons. The selection of alcoholic beverages was very good. But my interest was dinner.
I ordered the Fried Haddock and my dinner companions ordered Fried Shrimp and Scallops. There are photos of both. The food came out quickly and was very hot. The breading was done lightly so the taste of the seafood was still present. The shoestring fries were good but I do prefer a thicker crinkle cut french fry.
The service was excellent. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. We felt welcome as guests.
Duffy's will see us again. It is worth the visit!

One of the best places in town! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the portions are not only huge, but great quality as well. You know how other places give you these frozen clam strips with a wafer thin sliver of meat in them? Not here! Big thick pieces of hand battered clams, where the breading is thin enough that it has a nice crunch, but isn't the main thing you're eating. The drinks are great. The chowder is great. Everything is great, just go.

House in an old mill. A spot for quick lunch. Sat right away when we arrived.

I ordered the haddock fish tacos with onions rings. The onion rings are fresh onion ring, not the frozen kind, amazing.

My traveling companion ordered the haddock sandwhich with fries.

Good size portions. Parking on the street, as I didn't see a parking lot.

Absolutely phenomenal time at Duffy's Monday night. Food and drinks were perfect. Ordered fried pickles and a brownie sundae as well! Our waitress was amazing. She was running the whole bar and a few tables all by herself! We will be back.

On vacation. Went in for a late dinner after arriving in town. One of the few places still open late on Sunday. Place was very busy, had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Staff was excellent in keeping us checked on. Once at our table, our waitress Libby A, did an amazing job especially considering how many tables she was covering. Food was very good especially the chowder. Tried the pumpkin creme Brule, was good but not as sweet as I was expecting.

Nice place in downtown Kennebunk to get a burger or fish tacos. The blueberry ice tea was great. Service was very good, food was very good. Bathrooms were clean. The waterfalls next to Duffy's are small but still very quaint . Would go back there again.

Best French Dip I’ve ever had. Staff was very busy but incredibly friendly. I wish that we didn’t live 1,500 miles from here. Fantastic spot.

I love the atmosphere of this Old Mill. The waitress was very friendly and helpful in helping me decide what I wanted to eat. She suggested the butternut squash ravioli, it came with a wonderful white sauce with asparagus and bacon the sauce was very flavorful the bread that accompanied my dish was phenomenal and I thought New York made good bread. Would love to go back and try the pull pork BBQ.

Hannah was amazing. The food was just right. The blueberry bread pudding was out of this world!

Great happy hour prices, I had garlic parm wings and my wife had clam chowder, both were good. Definitely would return here when in the area.

Such a cool addition with there golf simulators! And Tiffany is the best server/bartender!! Efficient, on point, and overall amazing experience!! We will be back!!!!

We were in search of some good old fashioned comfort food... And WOW... This place has it all.. They have a fabulous menu... Obviously they have lots of fresh seafood choices... We had their Clam Chowder to start.. it was beyond amazing.. tasty... And so full of clams and goodness .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying it... Then we had our main.. Turkey dinner... And it too was just what the doctor ordered.. Home cooked... It did the body and soul good... The staff were so friendly.. the atmosphere was higher end pub style.. loved it.. loved it.. loved it... Check it out... U won't be sorry...

Food was delicious, service was very good, atmosphere was ok but I am so done with big tvs everywhere.

Great spot on today’s drive. Excellent steak and veg. Right on the River front with a nice renovated mill ambiance.

Great wait staff and service

I had their fish and chips. (House chips) that were delicious! The fish was cooked just right and was the best I have had in a while. We ordered take out and were pleased it was ready for pick up at the time stated when ordered online.
Would we eat here again?

Alaina is an excellent server. Keeps tabs on her customers and makes sure they're happy! Duffy's is lucky to have her! Highly recommend the fried pickles app! Husband loved the haddock tacos 🌮 and I absolutely lover the haddock sandwich. House chips were delicious 😋

Love Thursday night trivia. Great local pub. Good food

First time coming. Met up with some family to eat here(from mass and Florida). It was delicious! Everybody ate all their food. I got the Maine lobster roll. My sister got a french dip sandwich i believe ( was really good with the sauce) brother and cousin got different fish tacos that looked appetizing even though im not a fish person. Definitely will stop again when im in the city!
