Firehouse Subs Lincoln Place

It was my first time eating here! I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub. My husband ordered the steak and cheese sub. Both were very good. The only thing is we ordered a small, and it felt like an appetizer to my husband 😆. If you're hungry, get a medium or large for sure!

I got a salad and for the first time in awhile I felt I got more food and a better deal than the others who got subs. Pastrami ruben was what my coleague got. They have tons of hot sauces which pepped up the food to perfection. Totally blew me away. The added benefit of them bringing out the food was nice.

The staff (2 ladies behind the counter) was friendly and immediately greeted us when we entered. Did not rush us and allowed us time to decide what we wanted. (Important! Don't like feeling rushed to order). Our sandwiches were put together clean and as ordered, with some modification requests. The food was very good. The dining room and tables were clean and kept clean as customers left. Will definitely be back.

So this really could have been a negative review. My wife and I decided to try FHS for the first time this afternoon. We ordered online and had a couple of requests for a change of toppings to not be on our sandwiches. I got to the store and we waited for our order, and we left. Once we got home we noticed that neither of the requests were honored and both sandwiches had the items on them. Not a great way to leave a good 1st impression. So I called to find out what happened. The first person I talked to apologized and offer to remake them for us, I voiced my complaint that I had already drove all the way there and back, the worker explained that they don’t have their own delivery service but I was asked to hold for a sec and I was passed on to the manager where I was again apologized too and was told that the online ordering is not sending special requests to the store so they aren’t getting them. I was offered a remake of our sandwiches and a refund which I happily agreed too. I drove back to the store, and my meal was remade, I received a refund and a drink for my wait. The workers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy for something that went wrong that is out of their control. This was our first time dining at this sandwich shop and because of the excellent customer service we received today we be back. Thank to the whole team today to make sure we had a good experience regardless of tech issues.

This was my first time at this particular Firehouse Subs location. Our subs were very good, as was the service. I also enjoyed that there were a lot of windows to sit by, as I enjoy a good window seat.

This is a great place to get a sub. They have what I would say is one of the best meatball subs around.

The hot subs are a refreshing change of pace. Ask for sample of sauce to try on your sub. Samples available on the side. Be sure to join the rewards program. Parking can be troublesome at weekend mealtime and on holiday weekends.

I have never had Firehouse Subs before, and found this place looking for a dinner in a hurry. I have to say it was delicious! The gentleman that was working the register was new, but even tho he was asking questions about how to complete our order, he was very professional and did an amazing job. We visited the store at about 6pm and it was getting busy, but the food came out hot, fresh and quick! Best sub I've had in years! Kudos to your employees, they made my first visit great!

Always a pleasure no matter where we stop at a Firehouse Sub. We have been to several of these a always had great service, friendly employees and very clean. Keep up the great job 👍

*Update - there was an app only sandwich offering that somehow wasn't being presented in the app or on the website. The staff made sure that they verified and helped me try to order it that way, then went ahead and accommodated my order request by working around with an equivalent sandwich order and substituted the new sandwich. It was truly delicious, also. I can always appreciate staff members who go the extra mile for great customer experiences!*

I've never experienced such slow service at Fire House Subs. It took about 40 minutes to get 3 subs. The lobby was full of other customers waiting. The soda machine and the chip rack needed to be refilled.

The crew welcomed me as I walked in, the counter cashier was pleasant and helpful. The food was brought to me at the table and a second trip back to ask me if the food met my expectations.

The steak and cheese sandwich was full, and tasted great. The drink options are vast with the coke freestyle machine. I liked the special firehouse cherry limeade flavor.

This is my favorite Firehouse Subs in the St. Louis region. Fast, friendly staff and they get the orders right even in busy times. The store is always clean, especially the touch screen soda machine! I come here at least once a week! Great job!

I get the same sub every time. It's so good I don't even feel a need to explore the rest of the menu. Also service was great. Food takes a moment, but it's fresh/cooked to order, so yeah it's going to be a hot second. #smokehousebeef&cheesebrisket

Give these workers a raise. Just went in there for a sub at lunch and they are all working together so well. Very attentive staff and clean place. Will be going back. To the workers keep up the awesome job

Great, clean, quick place to pick up a delicious sandwich. Brightly lit franchise with a firehouse theme. A portion of every purchase goes to support emergency response peoples. Employees are quick to greet guests, are helpful, and efficient. They are still paid minimum wage so don't expect them to go above and beyond for you, but they are helpful when it's practical. Subs are DELICIOUS but higher in calories and price than other sub/sandwich shops. Parking lot is tiny and crowded, so be careful with other vehicles coming and going.

Love this place. My new favorite sandwich shop. Staff are friendly and food is always made right.
