This company is amazing! It all starts with the staff members. The two individuals that helped me were Brock and Alec. These two men were kind, fast, strong, and hard workers. They are the staple of perfection. and I will be coming back for more business

They did amazing service, had a new washer the next day. Delivery was on time and employee was very helpful. He took out my old washer and set up the new one in just a few minutes. He went over instructions on how to use it and even gave a few suggestions as he has the same washer. Great work from the whole team.

I called Will on Wednesday and he found me a recliner and it was delivered by Friday before noon. I am so grateful. The pain in my back and my swelling feet have been bothering me for over a year and I've only used my new chair for half an hour and the lower pain in my back has dulled a great deal and my feet are tingling and the water is down. People are very friendly and committed to working with you. They always have smiles on there face's. If the product you want isn't in tell them and they will do there very best to get it for you.

We have bought a few items from Continental Home Center! The staff is great and so are the items. They do their best to work with you and if they don't have a specific item you're looking for, they can usually order it 💜

I have been renting to own things from them for seven years now and I have never had one complaint in seven years Troy is a magnificent manager and they work well with you and are so polite and very knowledgeable this is the place to go if you want to do rent to own

I have not been a customer here since I moved from the area but they were amazing when I was a customer I moved out of the area was having a problem with a different Continental store and finally gave up and contacted the alma location I explained to them what was going on I don't know if Troy is still the manager but I did speak with Will and not only did he make sure my issue was resolved within one hour of being off the phone with him he made sure the other store was made aware of the issues I was having and then made contact back with me I may have to give my business to a different store as I am not in their district area anymore but they will forever be who I contact if I ever need a solution to a problem that is not being solved elsewhere.

Great frendly place to get nice things for your home. The the workers there too. They are very helpful and family frendly.
