Was so happy I was able to get same day delivery. Ordering through Thornapple's website was easy and there was a nice selection of arrangements to pick from. My friend said the flowers she received were colorful and beautiful. Great job Thornapple Floral!

I needed a last minute corsage for my daughter's daddy/daughter dance (my husband forgot to order) the next day. The owner was so kind and gracious and said she would get it done before they closed at 5pm (they were not open the following day). It was beautiful, matched her dress perfectly, and very reasonably priced.

I ordered a sympathy plant to be delivered to a co-worker's home. (I'm in TX and she's in MI). I mistakenly wrote the wrong parent on the card... and noticed it about 2 hours later. I anxiously called back hoping the plant & card hadn't yet been delivered. I breathed a sigh of relief when they said they knew this family and which parent had passed and were already going to fix the card. They also suggested delivering the plant the next day, since the family was currently in the funeral. What care and service!

I called Chris with a last minute floral arrangement for my mother's funeral. She was extremely helpful and kind. I'm no flower expert. I gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she brought it wonderfully to life with her skill and creativity. She delivered it ahead of schedule, even taking the time to coordinate on her own with the funeral home to ensure it was there for the service. Thank you so much, Chris and Thornapple Floral! I originally ordered because they were the only semi “local” florist in my area. However, the ordering was easy, the person that I talked to on the phone was very polite and helpful! Also, I sent the plant to my friend/neighbor and she was ecstatic with it! I will definitely be using in the future!

Beautiful arrangement! The florist hasn’t been able to get the kinds and colors of flowers she wants from her wholesalers, but has been able to make gorgeous arrangements anyway. Some flowers are barely opened buds, so the arrangement will last longer with flowers opening gradually. Great customer service, beautiful arrangements. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and beautiful flowers! I called in to order rose's and the woman I spoke to was honest and told me she wasn't impressed with the rose's...I ordered flowers from their farm instead and had them delivered to a friend. They were beautiful, 5 star! Thank you!
