Mercantile Bank

So friendly And kind. This is the best service I’ve ever gotten at a bank. You guys have been my bank for about 15 years. I always appreciate all the help that you do always taken care of your customers. And for my service dog, Charlie, they never forget his treat.

From entering the building to exiting, the girls are so nice and helpful. They always have a smile and I've never left when they hadn't asked me, if there was anything more they could help me with. Service here in Ithaca is excellent!

Awesome local bank! The staff is super helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to help with any requests that you have, including ordering foreign currency before taking trips overseas. This bank and the staff also support local community events, groups, and activities. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service at the Ithaca Branch. Mercantile needs to offer competitive rates on MM Accounts if they want to keep customers under current economic conditions. Stop charging fees for basic business checking too, also include free checks. These are features I have at competitors currently. It seems like Mercantile either has too many customers or counts on current customers to be too lazy to switch.

Have been banking here for 10 years since I moved to Ithaca and I’ve encountered anyone but the nicest humans here. Helpful and smiling - always. Not sure how they do it!!! Thanks Mercantile for being my local bank!

The girls here go above and beyond for their customers. They are always so helpful and friendly. There has been a couple of times I message Jessica on Facebook after hours. She is always will to help me out. I can’t say enough about this branch and the amazing team that works there.

I love the Ithaca branch of Mercantile bank. The staff is always so friendly. The ATM machine is in a very convenient lane and it doesn’t interfere with customers who need to use the drive-thru teller. I usually go inside the bank to do my banking and there is plenty of space to stand if I ever have to wait my turn. Because of this, I don’t feel like I am listening to everyone’s business.
I live in Alma and we have a branch here. Some of the items that make the Ithaca branch a pleasurable experience are absent in the Alma branch.

I love the Ithaca Mercantile Bank and especially my favorite teller, Jessica! She is always so pleasant and helpful!
