Super easy/helpful purchasing experience with Clay. Then - wonderful delivery. Timing got a little mixed up but they went above and beyond to get my delivery in before the end of the day, while remaining super friendly and helpful. Will be going in soon for a new dishwasher.

I had such a horrible experience with Kenmore and my 10yr old refrigerator that they lost this 50 year customer. Never once could I find a voice to speak with until Hanah today and she listened about my need for my four day broken refrigerator when I have refrigerated insulin. So polite and helpful in all ways possible.

Tyler appeared less than an hour later. We have never had a more helpful and informative technician who lacked that tolerant look one often receives on service needs.

Unrepairable, without price searching, our gratitude and respect for personal help we are buying a new fridge from you today and are new full time customers.

Clay and Dane were very helpful in helping find solution for particular electric downdraft range and ductless venting set-up. Went above and beyond to contact manufacturers rep to provide me with accurate timeline which was instrumental in overall kitchen reno and plan. A big fan! Highly recommend….

After a storm killed our clothes dryer, I needed one ASAP!! I contacted Appliance Advantage and spoke to Jessica (whom is SUPER nice and helpful, by the way...) and she set me up with the perfect dryer for a GREAT price!! She was very understanding and accommodating of our needs and went out of her way to be 100% available to us and as helpful as she could be. Every time I had a question or needed to reach out to her, she would respond in a timely manner. She gave us amazing service and the dryer works great!! I have a rental home and inevitably major appliances break when guests are there and need to be replaced ASAP . Last week it was the dishwasher. While I was traveling Clay worked with me by phone, email and text to locate a unit that was in stock and that he recommended. Luckily someone had to reschedule their installation so the dishwasher was installed the day after it arrived - they were even able to arrived at a time when the house was empty. This is not the first to Clay has come through for me (w/d last spring) and he and his team are always great partners getting what I need and when I need it. Many thanks!!

I am beyond pleased with the help and support I received in dealing with a problem with a refrigerator that helped me resolve issue.It was not anything that had to do with them initially- they stepped in and made a huge difference getting resolution. Because of that I went there to purchase new refrigerator and Clayton was beyond great and helpful in getting me into right one. I give both Clayton and service department 5 stars.

I have purchased a commercial chest freezer and a Meile dishwasher using Clayton as my sales rep in the past month. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me make the best decision on both. 100 percent I'd use him again.

Our old refrigerator died on a weekend, went to Appliance Advantage on a Monday, Andrew helped us find just what we wanted and was able to arrange delivery for Thursday of the same week, great service! Delivery guys, Matt and Rob were fantastic. Delivery window was 12-4, they called at 11:30, were 10 minutes out. They were professional and courteous, installation was quick and problem free. Couldn’t ask for a better appliance shopping experience. Thank you!

Contacted Appliance Advantage regarding our refrigerator constantly running, discovered that the freezer door was accidentally left slightly open. The person I contacted scheduled an appointment. She said that it was probably running to get back up to temperature and would be resolved within 24 hours. She checked with her coworker to confirm, and called me back within 20 minutes and that if resolved call them back to cancel service call. That is customer service, she saved us the cost of a service call. If we have future appliance issues, this is who we will call.

Justin and Rob just delivered and installed our new Whirlpool Fridge. Love it! They removed our old Fridge no problem. Didn’t even have to remove home doors. Total professionals. Oh and special Thanks to the technician that tried to repair our old 15 year old Fridge, even took measurements to make sure our new Fridge would fit perfectly. And of course special Thanks to AJ that helped with the purchasing of our beautiful new Whirlpool Refrigerator. Thank You Team Appliance Advantage!

Working with Ben and his team was the best experience I have ever had with any small business in Maine. He was extremely responsive, he listened, and he made a purchase work for me. Rob and Matt, his installation team, were polite and respectful, shook my hand, and introduced themselves as soon as they arrived (I mention this because I’ve had other appliances delivered and this didn’t happen). I had a couple of questions after the installation and Ben was still available and immediately responded. It felt very good to be treated so kindly and that I was important to Ben and his business. I was a person, not just a customer, and it was refreshing. This business is a gem!

The Napoleon Rogue perfectly compliments the Grill House . Great service by the staff. Everyone wearing face masks and social distancing. I needed some help with a burner problem. They were on site within 24 hours and had a solution that day. Great job.

Just had a new fridge delivered and it was a process - from issues with the water lines, tight spaces to maneuver, doors needing to come off. It was not an easy delivery to make but Matt and Rob were AMAZING. So kind and patient and they literally made miracles happen to get the new fridge in, and in place. Truly the best of the best!!

I had a GREAT experience with Appliance Advantage and the purchase of new Washer for my Ogunquit Maine home. Dane was a trusted advisor, helping with the online sale. Matt and Rob did a super job delivering and installing and haul away. I am most pleased and will be buying a dryer from Appliance Advantage when I need to replace the current one.

Needed a washer and dryer and was glad I called Appliance Advantage. The salesperson Will was incredibly helpful and transparent about pricing and upcoming promotions. He was able to help me pick them out on the phone and set up delivery and install. The installers Matt and Rob were FANTASTIC. Really nice people and very knowledgable. My laundry room is a very tight space, but they were able to come up with a way to ensure things were installed properly.
