I cannot express my gratitude for how much I appreciate Pat's Auto for their amazing work they did on my car and their professionalism and communication throughout the process. A deer hit my car and I had to get my front replaced but unfortunately it took 5 months to get backordered parts and sensors in from Honda and Pats were very patience and helpful in making the process as least inconvenient as possible for me. It was so stressful during that time and they were nothing less than a godsend in making sure I had a loaner car so I can go to work and keeping me updated on the progress. When I ultimately got the car back I couldn't believe how transformed my car was! It looked brand new and their detailing of the car was incredible! I have two large dogs and they cleaned the entirety of the interior and got all the dog hair out which is no small feat! I would absolutely recommend this business for anyone who need auto repair. Pats did an amazing job on our body repair and while they had the back bumper off repaired a problem not caused by the accident. They do beautiful work, at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this business for all your body shop needs.

I have used Pat's on a couple of occasions. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. The workmanship was exceptional and I am extremely pleased with the results.

They went above and beyond to assist my wife with wheat ever she needed when she dropped the vehicle off. The loaner vehicle program is a wonderful service and they even made sure that my wife was put into a vehicle that she was most comfortable in.

When I picked up my truck after the work was completed I was really very happy to see that they had washed it and vacuumed it out.

Katie is awesome! Pat, the owner, did the estimate as soon as I walked in. Not knowing much about cars. Pat answered l my questions and they were able to even get me a loaner while they are fixing my vehicle. They came highly recommended from my co-workers and they have lived up to the recommendation thus far.

My husband took his Dodge ram 1500 in for some repair work, dropped off Monday and they had it finished Thursday. They did a awesome job and looks great. And they also had great contact with us when the repairs were done. Thank you all at Pat's auto always a pleasure to do business with you. 😊😊😊

The only negative is it takes about 6 weeks to get on their schedule. Of course that is because they are busy since they do great work. Very friendly, very accommodating, seamlessly work with insurance, and provide complimentary loaners. Great place to get work done when bad things happen to your vehicle.

Absolutely amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The did a phenomenal job fixing our truck. It looked brand new when we got it back they gave it a bath and looked like they waxed it, they even detailed the inside for us. Would highly recommend!!

Mike worked with me on my appraisal for repairs on my car and workmanship was excellent. He was honest and did a great job keeping my cost down by only doing what was necessary, not over selling. I highly recommend this establishment for their honesty, integrity, friendliness and workmanship.

One of the best body shops in central Michigan he does great work on antique cars Pat knows what he is doing. Amazing shop with everything you need to do the job. Spotless shop.

My wife has hit 3 deer with her Toyota Corolla since 2004 and every time we have taken it to Pat's Auto Repair. The girls in the office, Wendy, Katie, and Kristen are wonderful. They hold the "fort down" while Mike in the back takes care of business. These folks are courteous, quick and do tremendous work. I recently had them take care of the rear bumper on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Fantastic quality work. Thanks, Pat for hiring the BEST!

Great experience at Pat's after hitting a deer. I started out at a local dealership that my insurance company worked with directly, but soon realized that their customer service seemed sub-par. Pat's worked directly with my insurance company's estimator providing a thorough inspection of damages, even finding a damaged radiator that the dealership did not. While my car was in their shop, they provided me with a no charge loaner car which was a great convenience. I was amazed to get a call from Wendy two days after I dropped my car off saying that it was ready to be picked up. Pat's Auto has been the best body shop I have ever dealt with both in terms of customer service and quality of workmanship. If you want a body shop that will exceed your expectations during and after the repair, I would highly recommend Pat's.
