Rosie's Restaurant

Went this morning before our road trip back to Chicago. Had the half order of biscuits and gravy with a poached egg and a link of sausage with a side order of hashbrowns. It was all so delicious! They've got the most adorable lil signs/plaques hanging around the restaurant too.

Have been to New Buffalo twice so far this summer, and been to Rosie's both times. Great food, great prices, great service. Nice low key Mom & Pop.

Great place for morning breakfast and lunch. Food is always fresh and delicious. Coffee is good too, and the service is very good.

Great food. Biscuits and gravy was phenomenal, and I am very picky on biscuits a gravy. We love a good homemade sausage gravy! The chicken salad sandwich was also a hit. Definitely going to have to make another stop there when I'm in the area!

Wow what a great little diner. There's often a wait but it goes by very quickly. The staff is super attentive pouring coffee and water non stop as you need it. the food comes out pretty quickly and is really tasty. The price isn't bad either. It's a great spot to enjoy a diner.

They are spot in with the safety protocols and the staff is amazing. Quick delivery of perfectly cooked over easy eggs with amazing bacon and sausage. Good attention to detail and it won't break the bank.. great location nice easy walk to the lakefront!!

This is a fabulous place to come for breakfast. Classic diner food, well cooked, served quickly. We came with a group of 12, we were seated right away. The waitress was fabulous. Omelets, pancakes, hash browns, all yummy. The one thing which could have been improved was the coffee, which could have been stronger.

Had a burger. Generous side of pickles/tomatoes. Good home town cooking!

Rosie's is one of the nicest, home town restaurants I've ever been in. The people are amazingly nice. The food is perfect! They even ask you to leave (when you didnt realize they had closed, and lost track of time) in the nicest manner. Merry Christmas you guys. Hope your party was stellar!

Everybody here provides superb service and the food is delicious! I always get Olga serving me, I'm greeted by Paula at the door, and Scott cooks some mean eggs. Hard to complain! Happy Mothers Day!

Very nice old school diner in New Buffalo. We were there in the off-season and had just arrived via Amtrak and were walking around trying the partially demolished roads and sidewalks checking availability vs. what Google says (not always accurate, especially in resort towns, get it together, Google). We had breakfast fare and it was good, especially the potatoes. They have a nice variety of bag tea. The food arrived hot and fast. Would patronize again.

A staple of New Buffalo, Rosie's has a wonderful selection. The food is great, the staff is friendly, and an excellent way to start your day. Biggest thing to remember is that it is cash only, so bring some. If you don't have any, don't fret! They have an atm inside for convenience.

Right in the heart of the mini downtown strip that is New Buffalo, it is within easy walking distance of everything over here. Check it out, thank me later.

Nicole was our waitress and she was amazing. She was very humble with my wife(very picky eater). Let me add they close at 2pm and so far the food is still prepared to order fresh...Nicole great service

The food was delicious and perfect for a nice breakfast before a walk on the beach. Our server was very sweet. I liked his pink hair! An incredible find.

Rosie's hosted our wedding brunch and they were amazing. The food is classic and delicious diner style food and the service is outstanding. We come here every time we are in New Buffalo.

Saturday morning breakfast with a friend. Good service, very good breakfast, good coffee. We had waffle & sausage patties and eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast. Our breakfast arrived very timely.

Every year around Christmas my family drives from Kansas City to the Chicagoland Area to celebrate with family all over the region. One day on the trip my family gets together with family from Three Rivers and Indy. This year there was 18 of us. We always meet at Rosie's!!! They gave us our own room with plenty of space to exchange gifts and visit for several hours. The food is great! The service is super! They go out of the way to make sure we have an excellent time. It has become a memorable part of our Holiday trip. Thanks for the great service again this year Liby and all the staff at Rosie's. See you next year!
