He was transparent throughout the procedure, ensured I was comfortable, and overall, the whole experience was painless and pleasant. Thank you, Dr. Koyl, I sincerely appreciate everything.

We always have a great experience here. The staff is always so kind and helpful with any questions. The dentist office can be nerve racking so the calm atmosphere and the gentle staff make it a lot easier to keep up with your cleanings.

Had a prosthetic front tooth put in by Dr Chan. One of the best dental experiences of my life. I don’t like pain or pressure because my teeth are sensitive and he did great. 4 years later it’s held up just fine.

I'm not sure how long our family has been patients at Coldwater Family Dentistry but it's been several years, for sure. We stay because of the professionalism, friendly and welcoming staff and excellent doctors. Both Doctor Grife and Doctor Koyl are so gentle and polite! The girls in the office, from hygienists to assistants to the front desk, are wonderful and are always willing to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend this office!
