Burger King

First time a worker took pride in making a sandwich, I ordered a double whopper, it was put together so well, and tasted so good that I had to order another one to go, I have ordered these sandwiches in the past, alot from Angola IN, and they were always sloppy and to much mayo, but Coldwater girl on the shift around noonish, did a amazing job.

I went here tonight after mcdonalds turned of their lights on me the second I pulled up to the drive throu several minutes before they were supposed to close. I have had an INSANELY tough week losing my home to an apartment fire and just wanted to get something to eat after dropping of my fiance to work. I am also heavily pregnant and very emotional so I think that may have come through in my voice when ordering. The employee addressed me politely the second I pulled up and confirmed my order in a professional manner then I asked if he could add a sauce for me. When I got my food he handed me a little paper crown with a sympathetic smile and I could have cried. Get to my hotel and notice he gave me extra napkins AND extra sauces. Phenomenal customer service.

Whopper Wednesday can't be beat! Food was hot, staff were nice. It took a couple minutes because it was cooking fresh and I'd rather wait then have something sitting for a while.

Good ol Burger King I enjoyed going through the drive-thru the people are very nice. I recommend that you try the sausage and egg with cheese sometimes they have a special there two

Love the Big Fish, I had cheese stick, and chocolate chip cookies. They would even taste better if the cookies were warmed, easy to do in microwave!

Went last night and it was by far the best service I have ever received at this location. Food was hot and correct. And I gotta say it was nice not having an elderly female manager being rude and barking at me all the while getting the order wrong and forgetting any and all condiments. The gentleman running it was thorough, correct, and apologized it took so long. I'll wait for fresh food, but thank you for your professionalism. I appreciate you.

Always fast service and hot food. I'm not sure why they aren't busier.

The whopper had a nice fresh thick slice of tomato and the right balance of lettuce and onion and mayo. Nicely done!

They are very short staffed but still manage to put out hot, correct order food with a smile! As for atmosphere...it is fine for FF place.

The manager was amazing. She was working the drive-thru and the front counter and did it in a timely manner.

I had onion rings and Chicken fries with a large Dr. Pepper was actually surprised with the amount of onion rings I received most places don't do mote than 5 maybe 6 👍👍

Haven't been to Burger King in ages, decided to be adventurous and try the Bacon & Swiss Cheese Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing.

We just had the best Burger King Dinner. The food was fresh and hot and the service was spot on. Evening of Friday Oct 16th. The Burger King in Sturgis closed so coming to coldwater for a dinner was a great idea.
