They are so helpful. I made a purchase at the front cashier and stepped aside to put in my purse got distracted and left my purchase. I called and the button number I could hear to push was the pharmacy. He went up to the front to check. He returned said it was still there and they would hold it for me. I love Kennebunk. However I will come to visit in my son the fall.
Thank you for your outstanding costumer service. Especially during this very busy season.

Always so easy to deal with and go above and beyond for their patients. Could not say anymore great things about them!

*changed my feedback. I’ve been there many times. Most of the times they’re friendly and helpful. I had one less than great experience there. I’m trying to give them a break. We all have bad days.

Honestly it was a pretty simple, local drug store but the gentleman that helped me had a great personality and was very funny

Truly hate to leave a bad review anywhere but this feels warranted. Went in to purchase some toys and souvenirs & my 1-year-old grabbed a larger bouncy ball and tossed it. My husband grabbed it mid bounce and put it away. The older woman that worked there immediately yelled at my husband across the store to not bounce the balls, while making an over exaggerated scowling face, when clearly my husband was putting it away. I put my items back, as did the other random families that were shopping at the same time, and everyone left the store. The other parents all were in disbelief how she acted and the faces she was making at everyone.

Clerk could not have been meaner for no reason. Very unsettling. My father asked the lady at the register if they had any newspapers, and the women proceeded to yell at us for a few minutes for no reason. It was so out of the blue and she was so aggressive. Unless you enjoy being yelled at by an old miserable lady for no reason, I do not recommend going even if it’s the last store left on earth.

We’ve visited this store every year for three straight years and each time, the customer service is terrible. This year took the cake. My two boys were looking at the toys and a woman with short dark hair came over and scolded my 3 year old for playing with the dinosaurs. I think her words were “put them back unless you want to buy all of them”. From the look of other reviews, this seems to be a chronic problem - perhaps remove the toys if no one on staff has the patience to manage that section appropriately? We’ll be steering clear of this place - there are plenty of other stores that have kind staff - save your money for them!

In response to the owner’s comment - there’s nothing more to explain. It’s pretty simple!

We have been in this store several times over the past 10 years while on vacation and have always purchased toys and other items for our kids. The past couple of years the staff has become noticeably ruder and aggressive and have been placing signs saying “don’t play with the toys.” This past visit while on vacation an older blonde haired woman who appeared to be the only employee yelled at my son for resting his foot on the bottom shelf while looking at a toy, yelling across the store “don’t climb on my shelf!” This was the final straw for us and we put down the items we were going to buy and left. If you are going sell toys, beach toys etc. you should probably expect to have young customers in your store who want to touch them, heaven forbid! We recommend Toys in the Attic and Saxony in Kennebunkport. I don’t write negative reviews on businesses very often but this place has earned it. It appears they have recently closed their pharmacy and I would imagine the rest of the business isn’t far behind.

Took my 4 & 2 year old granddaughters into the pharmacy to buy stuffed animals. My 4 year old put her choice down for a a possible new choice. The fuse, obnoxious lady clerk reprimanded her and put it at the register, because she didn't put it back where it came from. I have never seen a more rude display toward a child. I will never step foot into that stor again.

Awful woman running the register yelled nastily across the store at me because my daughter took maybe three steps with a rolling push-popper toy WHICH WAS ALREADY ON THE FLOOR “don’t play with it if you aren’t buying it because the floor is filthy..” umm seriously it’s a kids PUSH toy and if the floors are filthy..clean them? Not a great way to treat would have been customers.

Careful if you go in and you do not look like the typical patron. My husband and I entered to purchase a first aid cream which we wandered through an aisle toward the pharmacy toward the back. All of a sudden I hear a lady scream “Can I help you!” My husband and I looked around, as so did other customers, and she was looking straight at us. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to it to which she stated “Keep going you’ll find it”. What struck us as odd was that she didn’t offer her aggressive help to any of the other patrons in the store. The “offer” was only to us. The only patrons who did not look like the usual clientele. We both waited to see if she offered her help to others who, as ourselves, wandered around looking for items. However, she did not offer to help anyone else. Overall be careful as I stated above. It’s unfortunate but it left such a bad impression of her and the business.

My grandson was on the floor ,choosing 10 little boxes of fireworks ( stacking the best boxes, as some were tattered ) and the pharmacist/owner?walked up to my him and myself, saying do you need anything?I do not need him playing with the toys! Not children friendly. The owners/employees are extremely rude!
I would avoid this place at all cost!

Rude female employee scolded my family because my granddaughter tried out a Fisher Price corn popper push along toy for literally 5 seconds. Guess we’ll just order from Amazon then.

The blonde lady is super rude - will never go back. Just yells and barks at everyone. Stop going to prove a point.
