Pier French Fries

Crinkle cut for the win. I never thought I would say this but they do have the best french fries ever. I would take these all day over McDonald's. I would suggest getting the box. It acts as a good appetizer or snack for a family of four. Or if you know you and your partner are hungry you could knock out a big box. CASH ONLY!!

Been living here for 3 years now and finally tried the pier fries. They did not disappoint. No waiting either because they are frying up these guys all day! A Pint is $5.00, shown in picture. Cash only place BTW

Brady Plante is probably the best in the service industry I've ever damn seen. As someone who frequents Pier Fries, I know I will have a good experience with Mr. Plante. Pier Fries better hold on tight to Brady as he is a once-in-a-lifetime worker! keep up the good work ethic Brady, that is hard to come by these days!!!!!

Pier Fries did not disappoint! I ate a steamed hot dog, on the most wonderful toasted bread, a cup of fries and the gravy. The gravy is steak gravy and goes great with the fries. The fries are crispy and salty, absolute perfection!

This is a must stop when in OOB. They have been around forever and have the best fries in the area. Great location right on the strip and they always work through line quickly. Please don't skip this place when vacationing. I swear the fries even taste great when they get a bit cold.

The most famous fries in all of Northern New England, debatable if they are actually the best though. Personally I love them and think they are worth the price, but I've seen people on both sides of the pier fry argument although its overwhelmingly positive. Gotta try them yourself!

I've lived in Maine all of my 60 years so far and I always make it a point to go down to Old Orchard Beach 🏖⛱ to buy some pier French Fries, and buy a box and walk around the amusement park while I consume them.
They never disappoint.

My family has been eating at Pier Fries since the restaurant opened in 1932. Absolutely amazing Fries! I've had them every summer since I was a kid for the past 22 years. Be sure to get a slice of Bill's Pizza right next door to go with your fries for the best summer meal ever! Highly recommend, as this is a must-visit staple of Old Orchard Beach.

Such delicious perfect fries. Nice and hot, I was burning my tongue. Crispy outside and soft inside. There's a self serve station where you add your own salt, ketchup and or vinegar.

As a person living a keto lifestyle I do not get to go here often but when I do I am not disappointed. Pier fries have become a staple in the local food scene and have remained delicious and unchanged through the years. Best fries on the planet!!!

I can't think of anything I would rather have than these fries. The staff was friendly too.

Pier French Fries have the best french fries in town! I travel to Old Orchard every summer and I always look forward to getting some yummy fries! We order our food one minute and get it so quickly! Also, the workers are very friendly!

These were the BEST fries I have ever eaten! I am somewhat ashamed to admit that I am sort of an expert when it comes to fries. I ate them everyday for the 3 days that I was there. Now I'm sitting here at work craving them thinking "is it really to far to drive for fries?"
Really, I don't know how anyone wouldn't love them. Plain and to the point, fresh and old fashion, not a lot of fluff. That's the way food should be. I want my potatoes tasting like potatoes and these do!

The best fries literally ever

Best fries anywhere, hands down. A staple on our east coast trips, been getting Pier Fries since I was a kid. Always get "the box". Anything smaller and you'll wish you had more.

I've been coming to O.O.B for over 14 years Jersey Shore don't got nothing on this place🤣 when it comes to getting a quick bite to eat and 💰 the right price this is the place!!! Pier fries is #1 in my❤Always made right in front of you and coming out nice and hot...with a little ketchup and vinegar makes these 🍟 the best! Don't forget to order there dough boys either biggest I've ever had with delicious 😋 toppings and the right price for your pocket❤
